Could It Be

Chapter 9

Esme's P.O.V.

"Hey Alice will you do me a favor?" I ask Alice while driving Bella and i back to the house.

"I'm already on it. The guest bedroom is ready for her and ill let you pick out some clothes flr her when you get here. I pulled out the ingredients for the food you are planning on making and they are on the counter." Alice says. I can hear the smile in her voice.

"Thank you dear, we'll be there in about two minutes." I say and hang up.

I speed all of the way to the house and when I park the car in the garage i turn to Bella and gently shake her awake.

"Bella we are at my house and I was hoping you wouldn't mind eating and staying here for the night so we can check up on you." I tell her softly.

She yawns and nods her head and sluggishly opens her door and gets out. I walk around to her and step in front of her and lead the way to the kitchen. We enter the kitchen and I grab her a chair and she takes a seat. I hear everyone coming down the stairs and apparently so does she because she turns and looks at the bottom of the stairs waiting for them.

"Hey Bella you want to come watch a movie with us?" Rosalie asks.

She thinks for a moment and then nods her head yes. She gets up and pushes the chair back where it originally was and then walks over to them all. I look at Jasper and he's smiling and he isn't having trouble controlling himself at all around her so that's great. He must have felt my happiness because he looks up at me and smiles a big smile before following the rest of them into the living room.

I get started on her dinner so that she can eat and get some rest because im sure those pills are making her exhausted.

Bella's P.O.V.

I follow all of them into the living room and sit in a comfy looking chair. It smells like Esme kind of, must be her chair. When I look up they are all smiling at me and i get alittle nervous.

"So what would you like to watch Bella?" Alice asks me.

I shrug my shoulders and point to all of them. I want them to pick because I haven't watched a movie since I was six.

They must have understood what I meant because they picked a movie and put it in. As the previews were happening i looked around at them all amd noticed that Alice and the one I still dont the name to is a couple and Rosalie and Emmett is also a couple. Now I guess i should have realised this already but it just now clicked that they were happy with one another in a romantic way. And to prove my point i see Alice and what's his name kiss each other and then Emmett and Rosalie kiss one another.

Some people would freak out about it but i dont see a problem with it. I mean gosh you can see that they love each other and that they make each other happy so it shouldnt matter. But sadly it does matter to a lot. 

I focus back on the movie and nltice that we are watching some movie ive never heard of before but i think its something Emmett picked out. Its called Ghost Rider and it has something to do with a motorcycle guy and him riding a dirt bike or something.

Alice's P.O.V.

"How'd she react to us kissing each other Jazz?" I ask my lovely husband.

"She was happy that we all found love in each other and it doesn't bother her." He says and kisses me again.

I look over to see Rose and Emmett studying her and I look over and do the same.

"Esme said she jumped straight in the shower Rose once she was in the hospital. That she didnt even ask if it was alright she just did." I say.

"I can't believe they were doing that. She probably felt dirty and nasty all over. I dont think they were the only ones to touch her like that today." She replies.

"Those girls were actually pretty turned on. They were thinking of ways to get Bella by herself so that they can take advantage of her." Edward says.

I look over to him and see that he is also studying her. I look back over and smile.

"Shes strong and can handle pain very well." I say and then listen for Esme's movements. "She's going to be great for her."

They all nod and then turn their attention to the movie. I kiss Jasper one more time and then watch the movie that Emmett picked out.

Esme's P.O.V.

I just finished dinner for Bella and nkw I'm on my way to let her knkw that its done. When I round the corner i see that Bella is sitting in my chair and she looks comfortable. I look around and see plenty of room for her on the couch with Alice and Jasper but she's sitting in my chair. Why is that I mean I just don't understand why she would want to sit I my chair instead of by everyone else.

"Hey Bella dinners done." I say and she immediately stands up and walks towards me. She stands in front of me and I take that as my cue to turn around and lead the way. 

We enter the kitchen and she sits down mext to the plate that I fixed her and she starts eating. I sit down at the other end and pick up the latest home building magazine to see what people like to get ideas.

I guess i lost track of time because suddenly i feel Bella besides me looking at the magazine with me. She has her notepad out and her pen ready to write at any second. I continue looking through the magazine and a design catches my eye but apparently it caught Bella's as well because she pointed to it and wrote.

I like that one. Itd be beautiful out in the woods with a lake or pond in the background.

I nod my head in agreement and circle the picture and fold the edge of the page so i know where it is. I look up and notice that its getting late and that Bella is probably exhausted.

"Are you ready to get some sleep?"

She nods her head yes so I get up and lead her to the guest room. We enter the room and she looks around before slowly walking over to the bed. She sits down on it and looks around curiously before looking at me shyly.

"I brought you a pair of pajamas to wear for the night and some clothes for tomorrow. There is a bathroom in here and a shower as well so feel free to use anything. Now if you are going to shower I left some bags to put your cast in so you wont get it wet. Is there anything else you need or would like?" I ask her.

She shakes her jead no and smiles at me. I nod at her and turn around and before I completely leave the room. I say.

"Goodnight Bella, sleep well. If you need anything I am in the room across the hall from you and feel free to come get me if you need anything." And with that being said i shut the door to her room.

I head back downstairs and make sure everything is nice and tidy then i head to my room and grab a book to read for the night.
