Chapter 44

Rosalie's P.O.V.

We get to the hospital as fast as we could, which was ten minutes, and I'm currently carrying her through the front doors. Alice is right infront of me trying to grab something and get peoples attention.

"We need help hurry we need doctors!" Alice yells out when nobody pain her any attention.

Everyones eyes snapped up and looked at Bella in my arms. I see a nurse calling for doctors and a gurney. I see nurses speeding to us to start checking Bella for a pulse and examining the cut on her forehead.

"What happened to her?" One asks.

"She tripped at the house and hit her head on the stairs. She looked alright so she started to drive off and a few minutes later she called us and said she was pulling over. We rushed to her as fast as we could but she was already asleep and she wont wake up. Please help her we need her to be okay." Alice says and looks sadly down at Bella.

"We have the best doctors on their way. Now I'm going to have to ask you to set her down on the gurney and wait out here till we have any new information about her." One nurse says.

I gently set Bella down on the gurney and then I watch them push her back behind the big double doors. I walk over to Alice and hug her to me as i lead her to a chair so we can sit down. She sits still and i can tell shes in another vision.

"Carlisle will be here soon and he will start looking and trying to heal her. The guys all except Emmett will be here and then you will be going back with Edward to try and figure things out." Alice says softly.

I nod my head and lean back to try and rest while i wait.

Alice's P.O.V.

Ten minutes later the guys have arrived and Carlisle is already walking through the big double doors. Jasper is by my side and picks me up to set me in his lap. Edward stands besides us and is looking through our minds to see what we saw and what condition Bella was in when we let them take her.

"We need to go Rose. Emmett needs help with Esme and the two twins are planning something big." Edward says besides Rose.

Rosalie gets up and hugs me one last tight time before walking out of the hospital. Edward hugs me quickly before leaving the hospital as well. I look over at Jasper and he is already looking at me.

"How are things back at the house?" I ask.

"They are strange. Esme is wanting the two twins and Tanya is sickened by her sisters. Carmen and Elizer left shortly after you guys left to go hunting and to give us some time. Edward got Carlisle away from the house and explained to him what all was going on and Carlisle couldn't believe it all. Then we got the phone call from Rosalie so I quickly ran to Edward and Carlisle to tell them the news and Carlisle demanded to be drove here to help her. Then here we are." He says.

I nod my head and think about things. Jasper squeezes me to his body and tucks me into his side. I lay my head against his chest and act as if I fell asleep there so i can think of things privately.

Carlisle's P.O.V.

As soon as i get into the room they have Bella in while they are trying to fix her i about break down. I was right there and could have prevented this but i wasnt myself. I walk up to them with my doctors coat on and I grab a pair of gloves and then get to work.

"What all have you discovered?" I ask.

"She has a severe concussion and she muzt have busted something after she fell to cause this much bleeding. Shes going to need four stitches on her forehead to properly heal the cut. She has yet to wake up she only murmers something unintelligible. She will be luckly to see tomorrow. She has lost alot of blood and her blood pressure is either extremely high or extremely low. Its going to take a miracle." The doctor says thats stitching up her forehead.

"Also if she wakes up from this she will be likely blind in her right eye. Its currently all red and bloody in there." Another doctor informs me.

"Alright well lets make sure she sees tomorrow and lets give her a miracle." I say and quickly vet to work on Bella.

Rosalie's P.O.V.

We are in the car speeding home when I remember Bella's car.

"Edward take me to Bella's car we need to get it." I say to him.

He nods his head and turns the car around.

I look out the window and start thinking of a way to get those two sisters to stop whatever it is that they are doing. This fantasy of theirs can and will not be happening. Esme is a mated vampire now and if Bella was to find out about this all she would either die or kill everyone in her way of those sisters.

I see Bella's car and when Edward stops the car I jump out and get in hers to follow him home. Her car needs cleaned and the only way to clean it is by destroying what is in it now and but it new. She has blood in her seat and.blood is on the steering wheel. Blood is a bad thing. I quickly pass Edward and get home as soon as i can so i can destroy this interior so it doesnt tempt anyone to slip and go on a killing spree.

Edward pulls up as soon as I get everything out and light it on fire.

"I will need to order her new interior." I say sadly.

He nods his head sadly and then we walk into the house together. I see Emmett on the couch with Esme tied to him. He looks up at us with a sad smile on his face.

"How is she doing?" He asks softly.

"Its going to take a miracle Em... Its really bad." I say sadly to him.

If vampires could cry i know he would be crying right now. I know Emmett looks bjg and tough but he's actually a softy when it comes to our family. I hate seeing him this sad and hurt. I look at Esme and see she has no emotion at all on her face and it makes me mad.

I walk up to her and slap her hard across the face making her hiss at me.

"You need to fucking snap out of it. Your mate Esme is in a life or death situation right now and she needs a miracle to fix her." I slap her again. "I dont care what the fuck they are doing to you but you need to snap out of it and realise whats happening around you." I say and step back.

"Rosalie..."
