Chapter 15

Esme's P.O.V.

After working on the house for ten minutes i notice that Bella has already fell back to sleep. Shes leaning against the wall with her head hanging to the side. I get up from my seat and walk over to her and take the blueprint from an old design out of her hands and lay it besides her. I then pick her up and lay here down where she was with a pillow under her head and a blanket covering her up. I watch her sleep for a few minutes and then I get back to work on my work.

Thirty minutes later i have the blueprint drawn up and sent to my workers to start on the house first thing in the morning. I called the family and they are excited and can't wait to see their house in a few weeks. Bella is still asleep on the floor and she looks adorable.

"Shes out like a light. I'm glad you finally found someone Esme and shes going to be good for you. Esme i hate to say it but we need to tell her what we are soon though. She's having troubke with her emotions because she likes a 'married' lady." Jasper says as he pokes his head in my office.

"How do you think she'll react to the news though. I agree with you one hundred percent because its not right of me calling Carlisle my husband when him and Edward are mates and now I have my own mates. She deserves to knkw but I'm scared she'll leave me when she finds out." I say to him once I turned around.

"She'll be okay Esme she'll stay with you." He says.

"Alright how about tonight after dinner. Does that soujd good to you?" I ask him.

He nods his head and leaves the room for Alice to come in.

"It'll be okay and i already called Carlisle and he is on his way home now." She says and leaves the room.

I turn and look at my sleeping mate and smile down at her. She really is perfect and I think shes beautiful. I just hope she will still trust us after she finds out what we really are.

Bella's P.O.V.

My head is laying on something soft and I am really warm. Im almost afraid to open my eyes because well honestly I don't want this to all be a dream. Yeah I broke my arm, got harassed at school, and almost raped but i found people I like. Emmett, Rosalie, Jasper, Alice, Edward, Carlisle, and last but not least Esme. They all dont mind that I cant talk and they all seem okay with how I communicate. Its just hard to explain.

I decide to just open my eyes to get it over with. I'm happy and relieved when i see the familiar ceiling of Esme's office. I turn my head to the side to see Esme staring at me. I look at her face and start noticing little things about her.

She has a round face but a jawline that people would die to have. She has eyes that show love when shes doing something she enjoys and also when its one of hee family members. She has a tiny scar on her nose barely noticeable but still there. She doesnt wear makeup but honestly she doesnt need it. Shes beautiful.

I look away first and then sit up. I sit criss cross on the floor and move my body so that its facing her. She is still looking at me but now she's looking at me everywhere. My chest, legs, arms, just anywhere she can. I look down before she notices that I'm blushing and start playing with my fingers.

"You feel better, youve been asleep for about an hour." She says with a chuckle.

I nod my head and stand up. She stands up and i bend down and grab the blanket and pillow before handing her the pillow and foldinh the blanket. I hand her the folded blanket and then she grabs my hand and leads me out of her office.

We head down the hall and to the kitchen. She goes to the fridge and pulls me out some fruit to eat. Im not really that hungry so this is all i need for dinner. I start eating the fruit and Esme sits besides me. I know somethings wrong because she hasn't said a word since her comment when I got up. It mames me nervous that shes going to say that I cant stay here anymore and that i gotta get out and move on down the road.

I finish eating the fruit and Esme takes the dish and washes it real fast before holdinh her hand out for me. I take her hand and she leads me to the living room where i see everyone sitting. Carlisle is by Edward and it looks like the two of them are a thing almost. That can't be right though, he's married to Esme. I look down and see that she doesnt have a ring on her ring finger. We keep walking and she sits down besides me on the couch and i see everyone staring at me. I look down and Esme is the first to start.

"So Bella as I'm sure you noticed when we first walked in here Carlisle and Edward are a couple. Carlisle and I are not married but we are really close, best friends forever. We have to act like a couple here because the town would hate us and pick on everyone all day and Carlisle probably wouldnt even have a job if we didn't act like we were married." She says while looking at me.

I look around and nod my head towards Edward and Carlisle and they seem to relax and smile at me. Esme then stands up and walks away from me then turns around and stares at me from the other end of the room.

"Bella we arent like everybody else. We're a lot stronger, faster, and our looks are more than normal. We can't go in the sun because our skin sparkles and we are super pale. Bella we are vampires."
