Chapter 15

"Liar Liar Liar"

Those three words rang into Shradha's ears, making her mad with anger. She looked at Thapki with pure disgust and held her by her arm.

Shradha: "Wat did u call me??? A Liar!!! How dare you?? U idiot girl...U must thank me for telling u the truth and u r calling me a liar"

She pushed Thapki so hard that Thapki fell on the floor. Tears started flowing out of her eyes. The pain was too much to bear. The pain of being lied to but who was lying?? She did not want to trust Shradha. Her Bihaan could not be a liar. He must have told her the truth. She heard Shradha saying...

Shradha: "If I am a liar then y don't u go and ask ur epitome of truth. Go and ask Bihaan the truth. Ask him if he was ur fiance or if he ACTUALLY wanted to marry u. The truth is that u r nthg better than those rejected stuff of Dhruv that Bihaan had to accept as he had no other choice. He went to ur place with a letter but poor soul...got stuck with u. tch tch tch... U call urself the bahu of this house but wat is a bahu without her saas. Vasu Maa hates u and she will never love u. U will always be that unwanted bahu who is never loved by her mother in law or her husband. Bihaan will have to live with u coz he is like that but he will never love u."

Thapki stopped Shradha by the motion of her hand and got up.

Thapki:"Okay U must be telling truth. Dhruv must have refused to marry me but Bihaan himself married me. And u cannot take that from me"

Shradha:"Huh wat else can be ur hope to live in this house but this stupid idea. He must have married u but he will never love u. U will always be an unwanted wife for him"

Thapki did not want to listen to the venom Shradha was spitting. She hurriedly left the room and started walking towards the hall. She searched for Bihaan. She wanted to talk to him. She wanted him to tell her the truth. She cared nthg abt Dhruv but she wanted to ask Bihaan that y he did not tell her the truth. She decided to go to Bihaan's room but she could not go there in front of everyone. She decided to use the other way. She walked the stairs of the terrace. The window of Bihaan's room was open. She peeped in. Bihaan was ready in his sherwani and was looking very very handsome. She then realised that Bihaan was not alone in his room. There was someone else with him. It was no one else but Sheena. Bihaan was talking to Sheena while Sheena was crying. Thapki got confused. She did not want to eavesdrop on them so she started to turn back but wat happened next stunned her. Sheena went ahead and hugged Bihaan tightly.

Sheena: "I love U Bihaan. Please do not marry Thapki. Marry me"

Thapki felt as if someone has sucked all the air out of her lungs. She fell down on the floor and started crying. She cried for few minutes but it seemed to her as if she had been crying for days. She stood up and looked through the window again. There was no one in the room. She was abt to leave when she saw black leather jacket of Bihaan. She opened the terrace door of Bihaan's room and walked inside. She held the jacket and found her letter still in the pocket. So Bihaan had not yet read her letter. She took the letter out and quietly walked out of his room.

She was still on terrace clutching her letter. She looked at it and realised it was not her letter. It was some other paper. She unfolded it. It was another letter. Wat caught her attention was the name of her mother written on it. She started reading it.

"Poonam Ji. Humain dukh hai magar hum yeh shadi nhn kar saktay. Aap apni beti ka rishta apne barabar k logon mein kar dein. Shama kijiye ga"

Thapki had no idea abt wat to do. She wanted someone to be her shoulder to cry on. She walked into Dadi's room. Dadi was alone in the room. Dadi saw Thapki and realised that sthg was seriously wrong.

Dadi made Thapki sit on the bed and hugged her. Thapki started crying. Dadi kept asking but she did not say a word. Dadi got worried. Dadi made her drink water. Dadi noticed the letter in her hand. She took it from her and read it. Dadi was in shock too. She asked Thapki abt it. Thapki told her everything.

Bau Ji, Vasu and Kiran were in Bau ji and Vasu Maa's room.

Bau Ji: "Vasu Ji whatever happened has happened. I am not asking u to fall in love with Thapki but for my sake u two please give her a chance. If not for her then for Bihaan"

Vasu: "Thapki is becoming the bahu of this house. Wat else u want from me"

Bau Ji: "She was destined to become the bahu of this house. U did not want her but it was her destiny. We cannot fight that"

Vasu: "Ok. I will accept her as Bihaan's wife but she will never be like Shradha for me"

Bau Ji: "That's better and Kiran beta u must also promise that u will give her a chance too"

Kiran: "Bau ji, I have not said or done anything bad to her but I cannot be friendly with her without knowing her. Please bau ji give me some time"

Bau Ji: "Okay fair enough. I am pretty sure that she will win ur hearts too. Now let's go outside as guests must be waiting for us. Today is a big day as both the sons of this house are starting their new life. We must go and give them our blessings"

They all happily left the room to witness the marriages that were to change the house completely.

The mandaps were ready. It was now time for the brides to enter. Bihaan and Dhruv were ready in their dresses. Bihaan looked around but could not find Sheena. He got worried. He saw Kiran bringing a bride. Her face was covered. She made her sit with Dhruv. Dhruv was looking extremely happy.

Bihaan searched for his bride but she was no where to be seen. Suman Bhabi entered the hall. She was looking worried. She went towards Dadi and said sthg. Before any one can say sthg, the other bride entered too. Her face was covered too. Suman hurriedly walked towards her and brought her and made her sit with Bihaan.

Pandit started the marriage ceremony.
