Chapter 8-Thoughts

Star was now 5 months pregnant and showing a baby belly. She got maternity dresses that she wears all the time. She can not wear any other dress. She is constantly hormonal. She will cry at the littlest things and sometimes for no reason. Tom and her mother have been super supportive. Moon has even been giving motherly advice about raising a child. Star is absolutely terrified of being a mother, but Tom is really supportive and saying how he is excited about being a father.

Star is also thinking about when she becomes queen. The heir of the queen gets the wand at age 14. Star's time with the wand is now limited. Her coronation is when she is 19. Her baby will already be 3 years old and she will have to find a king.

She was thinking about that for a while now. Will it be Tom? They do share a child and they do love eachother. She feels like she has time before she needs a king. She is also constantly thinking of baby names. She wants something cool. She was thinking of Luna for a girl. She hasn't really given much thought to a boys name but, she was thinking of Tom.

She thinks that Tom would appreciate it if she named the baby after him. She feels like she should just chill and calm down. Stress isn't good for the baby. Tom is constantly over rubbing her belly or jumping with excitement when he felt a kick. Star feels better like she did, but there is still a lot to do before and after the baby is born.

" Hey Star, I was wondering if you would like to come with me," said Tom. Star was confused but followed. She went downstairs and everyone jumped out and yelled surprised! Star was so happy; they threw a party for her and her baby. Her mom came up and hugged her, followed by her dad, Tom and any other person who came.

She ate lots of cake and got loads of presents. She got some warnicorn onesies and shirts having sayings like," Mommy's little monster hunter," and," Mommy's little star." Star got so overwhelmed she cried tears of joy, in which Tom comforted her. She said thank you to everyone who came

Exhausted by the party, she instantly fell asleep cradling her baby bump in her hands. She is not excited that she is being a mother this early, but then she is because she is having a kid of her own and she will make sure her boy or girl is not overwhelmed with everything Star was. She will tell her all the tips to being a queen, but not be too strict. Again, she has 4 more months until the baby is born and she does not want to rush anything. She falls asleep happily dreaming about fighting monsters.
