Kai Shimada

An officer in the Shinsengumi, as well as a spy. During times of peace, he also serves under Shinpachi in the 2nd Division.


Kaishi Katsu

A shounate retainer, also known as Awanokami Katsu. He is in charge of the Warship Magistrate, and he is credited with establishing the Navy Training Location in Kobe.


Kaiyomaru

The flagaship of the shogunate navy.


Kama Inn

A traveler's inn at Shinagawa, used by samurai offical duty.


Kamo Seriwara

One of the chiefs and founders of the Roshigumi. He is the one who introduced the Water of Life to the Shinsengumi.


Kan'ei Temple

The head temple of Tendai Buddhism in the Kanto region, it is where serveral Tokugawa shoguns are buried. It is located in Ueno.


Kaneko

A residence used by the Shinsengumi as its garrison before its advance on Nagareyama.


Kansei Teikun

The deification by the people of Guan-Yu, the highly revered general who served the Chinese emperor Liu Bei of Shu, one of the Three Kingdoms.


Kanryusai Takeda [1]

Captain of the Shinsengumi's 5th Division. He has extensive knowldge on Koshu Military Science, which led to his promotion to War Migistrate. He aims to be Kondou's close aide.


Kanryusai Takeda [2]

Kodo forced him to drink the Water of Life and become a Fury. In the place of his right arm, he now has a Demon's arm.


Kaoru Nagumo [1]

A girl who the protagonist saved while out on patrol with Souji and Toudou. She bears striking resemblance to the protagonist.


Kaoru Nagumo [2]

A demon who has become the successor of the Nagumo family from the Tosa Domain. Kaoru is usually disguised as a girl, but is actually the protagonist's older brother.


Kashitaro Itou [1]

The head of the Hokushin Itto dojo, and a loyal subject to the Emperor.


Kashitaro Itou [2]

Military advisor and deputy commander of the Shinsengumi. He is the head of the Hokushin Itto dojo, and loyal to the emperor.


Kashitaro Itou [3]

Parted ways with the Shinsengumi due to philosophical differences, prompting him to found the Guardians of the Imperial Tomb.
