MINI IMAGINE → Dan, your ex, has been randomly trying to ring you up all day. However you've now only finally picked up after realising the dozens missed calls, "hello, hello?" he says through the bad static connection.
"ca-can you hear me?" he asks not expecting a reply. However you bite your lip hard...you can hear in his voice he sounds down about something. So you do something which will make the tension on the phone die...
"I can be your china fall if you want to see me fall," you badly sing. It doesn't even take a split second for Dan to figure out your trying to sing Lana Del Rey. You know he used to have a huge crush on her—what other twenty something guy literally set up a shrine to her in his bedroom?
"Love it." Dan nervously laughs on the other end of the line before proceeding to ask you if you maybe want to meet up for a drink somewhere. You being you, and a total love fool for Dan, accept his invitation.
