Mackenzie's pov
Day 1 of Mark's tour. We were currently at the airport. By we, I mean Ethan, Bob, Mandy, Kathryn and I. When we sat on the airplane I had the window seat but besides me was Kathryn and on her other side was Ethan. Bob and Mandy were behind us. Kathryn fell asleep so I put in my earphones and played music while I scrolled through Instagram.

Ethan's pov
When I looked over I could see her smiling and blushing. Her eyes lifted and met mine. For a brief moment it seemed like it was just the two of us. Nothing else mattered but her beautiful brown eyes staring back. Her warm smile and pink cheeks were adorable. She had freckles on her cheeks and nose. I sighed and looked down. I can't do that to her. That would be cruel. As much as I'd love to see where this could go, I can't. For many reasons.
Mackenzie's pov
When he looked down I felt disappointed. I scolded myself, I'm just his best friend's sister. That's it. That's all he sees. That's all anyone sees. I blinked furiously, forcing the tears back as I turned to the window to make sure they couldn't see my face. My music played a sad song so I angrily yanked them out and stuffed them in my bag after turning it off with my shaky hands. I sighed and shook my head. I laid back in my chair and looked up.
When we landed we caught a uber each to our hotels because it was late. I sighed and out my head in my hands. I'm such a god damn idiot. When we arrived I just checked in and went straight to my room. It was nice.
