Batavian Tears

Chapter Seven

Almost midnight and we're still outside eating, talking, looking at the night sky. The boys are starting to get drunk but they kept on denying it. Louisse said if ever they will get drunk we'll just leave them here because we cannot brought them on their tent with their situation.

"Landon bro, kelan ka ba mag sasama ng jowa mo sa susunod na camping natin?" I see that Andree is already drunk he put his arms on Landon.

Landon just shake his head. At that moment I concluded that he will never get himself a girlfriend- just like what Louisse says he's a gay.

"He's gay how can he get a girlfriend?" Louisse said like teasing Landon.

Landon gave her a fvck you sign, then laugh after. I pity Landon now, but I don't have a problem with gays actually I support the LGBT it's just that why do handsome men likes handsome men also?

Tumayo na ako at pinag pagan ang pajama ko dahil may mga buhangin don galing sa dagat although naka upo naman kami sa parang bench.

"I'll go back to the tent na guys, enjoy nalang kayo dyan." Paalam ko sakanila tumango naman silang lahat at nag ba-bye pa ang mga boys.

Wala pang 30 minutes the other girls just arrived so I got up.
"I thought mag s-stay pa kayo don?" They just shrugged and started to fix their comforters.

"Ah they're starting to get wild!" Reklamo ni Louisse na kakadating lang.

"I told you na already you can't handle their craziness when their drunk." Natatawang sabi ni Angelica. I think they're used to hang out like this before they seems to know each other a lot about this kind of stuff.

"Yeah yeah.." Louisse seems exhausted while laying down. "I told them to stop drinking there still tomorrow Landon said they'll just sober up."

It was a peaceful night. When the morning arrived I was the one who woke up first so I do my morning routine. Take a bath, brush my teeth, I just do skin care during night I just put some sunscreen so I won't get burned by the sun.

I just wore some simple beach dress and I bough my cellphone and wallet with me. I'll go to the restaurant here inside the resort for breakfast.

When I entered the restaurant there wasn't a lot of people yet although Paulo rented the place it doesn't mean the whole resort. So there's still some who go here.

I sat down and take my order. It was just a simple tapsilog and a hot choco.  While eating I scrolled down to my instagram and post the photo I captured last night it was the sky last night nighy full of stars and the moon is perfectly round.

I stopped scrolling my phone when someone put a plate on my table so I looked up to see who the person is. It was Landon!

"Mornings." He greeted me with a smile. I did the same.

I removed my wallet on the table and place it on the vacant chair beside me.

"You woke up early. No hangover?" I ask him then sabay subo ko ng pagkain. I was slowly eating so I won't be able to finish my food early.

It will look rude if I finished my food then just leave him after or awkward when I finished my food then sat here while waiting for him to finish his.

He shrugged his shoulder. "I didn't drink a lot. I don't want to embarrassed myself if ever."

I didn't get it at first then I realized maybe if he got drunk he will reveal his identity being gay and he doesn't want his friends to witness that even though his friends already know that he's gay?
