❁ Carl and you had been going out for awhile. Things were getting serious in your opinion. Carl thought the same exact way, but he would never admit it to anyone. Only you.
He would tell you anything. Things he wouldn't tell anyone else. That's why he looks he loves you so much, he could trust you with anything, good or bad, and you would understand him.
He was coming to pick you up, he was gonna take you to the movies for a date, or as he would call it 'hanging out'. He wasn't one to go on 'dates'.
You heard a knock at the door as you were finishing getting ready.
"I'll get it!" your older brother yelled.
You hurried down the stairs, your brother didn't know a boy was coming to pick you up. He was always overprotective.
You heard them talking as you neared the door.
"Okay Carl, Let's go," You walked past your brother and grabbed Carl's arm towards you in the process.
"Wait, where do you think your going? You didn't introduce me to your boyfriend,"My brother says.
I glance to Carl, "Carl, this is Neil. Neil, Carl."
Neil nodded at Carl as Carl did to him.
"You better not hurt her, or i'll hurt you." Neil threatened Carl, protectively. I knew he would say something...
Carl rolled his eyes at my brother. "Don't worry, I plan on protecting her, no matter what anyway,"
I smiled to myself. We walked off the porch as my brother shut the door.
"You know this is why I love you," I grabbed his free hand.
"Yeah, I love you for a lot of reasons, y/n." Carl smirked.
