This... this isn't going to make sense to any of you. Yeah, this weekend was crazy, but think of everything... every... single... thing.

Belcalis and Bruno.
Bella and Charlotte.

The timelines?
Belcalis was first. The girls Shana, Charlotte and Cassidy.
Yeah, Cassidy went out first, then Shana, then Charlotte, but Shana was the only one who really died, the other two well... they survived... barely.
They we're taken to the hospital that was Zendaya was as well taken to after police found out she had hurt herself somehow in the process of killing Trevor.
Meanwhile, Cassidy had wanted to be a doctor in that exact hospital, and after crying out her long and drawn out story about it, she got offered a job there and later had to serve Zendaya sleeping medicine that worked on the other doctors instead of her.
After Cassidy died... for real... It was all over the news, and no one ever figured out it was Zendaya, and she ended up moving all the way out to L.A., where she had her photoshoot.
Charlotte found out about Cassidy's death, and remembered how Zendaya hated her for what happened with Trevor, and knew her death was connected with her somehow. She also remembered how Zendaya and Bella were friends, angry that Bella always had something to do with the things she lost, even though it wasn't exactly her fault.
While Charlotte envied Bella more, Belcalis innocently played the victim and look Bruno to the hospital, Bruno seeing that the bloodshot eye on Belcalis' shirt looked like Zendaya's eyes.
There was rumors going around then about Zendaya being possessed while murdering Trevor, and figured the eye on Belcalis' had something to do with why she did what she did to the girls.
Bella had the same eyes as Zendaya, they were almost like... sisters.
When Charlotte was killed, her body parts were consumed by many town's people, and envy was everywhere in Greenfield.
But all that's for another time... another bunch of Greenfield murders and twists... another Gore-A-Thon
