Tom's eyes slowly fluttered open. His mind told him to move, but it hurt too much to do so. He used his upper body strength to force himself up, looking around.

It looked as if he was in a cave. It was dark but a small bit of light at the end of passage way in front of him made it slightly easier for him to see his surroundings. He hadn't remembered what happened before he had been knocked unconscious, but he was more confused about how he even got where he was and what this place even was.

He slowly made his way down the passage way, scared to see what was at the end. It was extremely quiet, and the only thing that could be heard was his shoes hitting the cave ground lightly.

It seemed like forever, but he made it to the end. The light had seemed to disappear, and it was now completely dark. He looked around to see if anyone else was here to help him, but it seemed as if no one had been here for years.

He kept walking, but stopped in his tracks as he stepped in something... sticky. Just then, fire lit the entire cave, and it now appeared to be bigger than it was before.

He looked down and seen he had stepped in someone's intestines. They were all mushy and thick and it took a while for Tom to pry his foot out of the mess.

He scraped the bottom of his shoe against the ground until he got most of the mush off of it and then continued walking.

The cave was shaped very oddly. It was bigger than the cave Tom was in before he walked through the passage way, and it also looked as if you could build an entire city inside of it.

By now, he was more scared than he was before. He didn't know if he was here alone or not, and if there was someone else here, he wanted to find them and get some kind of explanation of where he was and how he even got there.

As he carefully explored the cave, he began to hear footsteps behind him. He quickly whirled around, but nothing was there.

"Hello? Who's there?" He uttered, his accent cracking a little.

He then felt a cold breeze on his neck, slowly turning to see a floating cloak behind him. It looked as if someone was wearing it, but a person could not be seen, just the cloak.

"Hello, Tom. Welcome to the underworld..."
