There she sat, in seas blood, feasting on her prey. She hunted him for weeks, but he always seemed to find ways to get away from her. Well, not anymore. Now he was her dinner.

He wasn't enough though, she needed more.

Ariel rose from her knees, looking down at her meal.

"Ik kom terug om je te eindigen," -"I'll be back for you later."- Ariel whispered at the dead body in her language before running deep into the night to find an addition to her dinner.

She explored the dark, empty streets, looking for prey. Her feet and socks squished and soaked in blood with each and every step she took, making an dreading sound each time.

Finally, she seen a girl. She was wearing a colorful jacket with a hat to match, along with tight shorts that hugged her thick thighs with sneakers that went well with the rest of her outfit. She was scrolling through her phone and her eyes were stuck in the bright screen, so she didn't even notice Ariel coming up behind her.

Soon, she was fighting for her life, trying to get out of Ariel's choke hold.

"What are you doing?! Let me go!" The girl yelled, fighting Ariel off of her. The girl then turned around, revealing her shirt which had a large bloodshot eye on it, which seized Ariel, making it impossible for her to move.

The girl smirked, looking down at her shirt, "you were gonna eat me huh?"

Ariel looked at the girl with pure envy, using all of her energy to break out of whatever spell she was under.

"Next time, find another prey, a weak one," the girl whispered before disappearing into the night.

It was then Ariel admitted she could get too hungry at times. She decided to go home and finish the dinner she already had.
