Destroying Books And Names (Griffin x Neuro)

NEURO P.O.V.~

I sighed and put the last book in its rightful place on the bookshelf. Some people just take books and don't put them back where they belong, which does bug me a little, but I do fix them later.

"Now I'm finished." I said as I walked away from the bookshelf. I sat down at my desk and started checking books that people turned in.

After the Tournament of Elements, I have decided to not use my powers that much by taking a break and buying a library.

I've have always loved libraries and it has been my dream to own and run one since I was young. Libraries just have a calm and quiet atmosphere which I absolutely love. Books are so great to read and be around as well.

"Excuse me, sir?" I look up and see a girl in her teens with wavy brown hair and a little preppy outfit. She was hugging a couple of books.

"May I help you?" I asked, smiling and keeping my reading glasses on for now. The girl nodded and smiled.

"I'd like to rent these books please." She stopped hugging the books and held them out to me.

"Of course." I said and took the books and started checking them out. I looked at the book and sees that they were about science. "These for school?" I asked.

"Yep." Said the girl, smiling at me. "I have a report to work on and I know these books will really help me."

"Well I'm glad you know these books will help you." I said back as I checked out the second book she had. I saw the girl nod and that was all she needed to do.

"Well he-" I started to say, but then someone ran at full speed after slamming the door open into the library. They were going so fast that you couldn't see them and as they ran through a few of the aisles, practically all the books fell to the ground, even the ones I just fixed.

"Well here you are." I said, smiling and keeping my composure. The girl turned around and looked at me wide-eyed. She was stunned at what just happened. She even jumped as it was happening.

"O-oh thank you." Said the girl as she took the two books from me.

"Have a good day and would you be so kind to flip the open sign to closed on your way out?" I asked.

"Sure thing." Said the teen as she looked back at the mess that was just made a couple seconds ago. She looked at me confused while I gestured to her to not worry about it. The girl got it and walked to the door and left after flipping the sign.

I sighed and mumbled under my breath as this person zoomed through a couple more of my isles of books and making them fly to the floor and become way out of place. I knew just who the culprit was...

Griffin Turner.

"Hey!" I looked in front of me as Turner zoomed right to my desk and leaned on it. "How's my favorite elemental master doing today?" Turner then winked at me and grinned.

"I have a name." I said, ignoring his question. "Try using it." Turner pouted and sighed.

"Im fantastic today, thanks." Turner said, looking at me. He was teasing me because I never responded and asked him the same. I glared and decided to use my powers and give him a headache. Turner immediately held his head and had a painful expression on his face, I kept going then stopped because I didn't want to waste more of my power.

"Owww!" Said Turner, pouting. "That was rude. Whatever did I do to deserve that?"

"You destroyed my books... again." I said, very angry. "For the fourth time this month!"
