Sarah's birthday!!
I woke up.
After a long night of crying.
I lied in bed thinking about Jack and I's argument.
James kept asking me last night why I was crying, but I just told him I missed my dad and Jeff.
I got up from the bed.
He was still sleeping.
I looked around my room.
I turned back to the bed.
James' phone was set nicely next to mines.
I walked over to it.
"I hope you figure it out soon. I don't wanna see you to get hurt."
I stared at the phone for a while.
The door swung open.
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY SARAH!!!!!!!!!!!" Dillan, Kaleb, Skylar, Shontell, Caden, and the twins yelled walking in.
"Guys!" I turned around.
"Why were you looking at James phone?" They asked.
"No reason." I said.
"He's hiding something." The twins said in unison.
They ran out and walked back in with a huge cake.
"Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday to you!" They began singing. "Happy birthday dear Sarah!! Happy birthday to you!"
"Make a wish." Dillan said.
I closed my eyes.
"I wish for my best friend back." I thought.
Tears began escaping my eyes.
I blew the candles quickly before wiping my eyes.
"Woohoo!" Caden yelled.
"Cake!"
They all walked out with the cake.
Except for Dillan.
He looked at me closely before looking down at James' phone next to my hand.
I pushed it slowly behind my back.
"Sarah, I don't think you should be going through your boyfriends phone." He said.
"I'm not." I said. "I don't even know his password."
His eyes widened.
"In that case, check his phone!"
I grabbed his phone.
"Sarah?" We heard.
I turned around.
James was waking up.
"Hey babe." I slid the phone slowly to Dillan.
He grabned it and ran out of the room.
"Hey." He smiled.
He looked over to the night stand.
"Where's my phone?" He asked.
"Oh uh I don't know." I stuttered. "I swear it was right there."
"Hmm weird." He said sitting up.
"Here I'll go look for it." I said. "The twins probably took it."
He nodded.
"Or Dillan." I whispered to myself.
I began walking out.
"Sarah?"
