ROTIMI'S POV

Ariel's interview has gone completely viral! I've tried calling and texting her but, of course, she's not answering.  Between this bullshit and me helping Mac and Alonso... I just don't know what to do anymore. I need a vacation ASAP!

Jason told me not to answer any unknown calls for the next week or two because more than likely, it'll probably be a bunch of reporters trying to get more information on Ariel's lie! And in all honesty, I never would've expected her to pull a stunt like this.

As I drive past my house, I see people with cameras lurking near my lawn. I'm not even in the right head space to even deal with them right now so I continue to drive. Stopping at a red light, I pick up my phone and call Zara. She answers after the third ring.

"Hey, Ro!" She says.

"Zara... how are you doing?"

"Well, my dad is home and things were going pretty great until my moms boyfriend showed up."

"Her boyfriend? What?!" I'm confused.

I hear Zara deep sigh.

"It's a long story.. a story that I don't even know all the parts to... but enough about me. What about you? Rosa showed me the interview. Are you okay?" She asks.

"Yeah... no. I don't know. Ariel is a liar. And even if she is pregnant, I know for a fact the baby isn't mine."

"Hell, she cheated with so many people that it's probably all of our baby."

I can't help but to laugh.

"Thanks, I needed that." I smile.

"Anything for you my little light bright." Zara giggles.

I can hear voices arguing in the background.

"Is everything okay over there?"

"Yeah. That's just my dad... that's the voice of a man trying not to catch another case." She says.

"Sounds like we both could use a little break from life. I can come over if you want me to.. and then we can go somewhere to spend some time alone."

"Sounds like a good idea to me."

"Alright, see you soon."

I hang up the phone and toss it onto the passenger seat.

When I get to Zara's parents house, I walk up to the door. Before I can knock, the door opens. It's Rosa.

"Hey, Rotimi!"

I give her a hug.

"Hey, Rosa. Zara is here right?"

"Yeah, she's right over there." Rosa points.

I guess Zara hears my voice because she turns around before I can speak.
