1. We're it all began

Travis sat on the ground of the flower field. His back against the big beautiful willow tree away from the shade. Tears rolled down his cheeks and his breathing was ragged. The person he loved so much has just broke his heart for the hundredth time and this was his breaking point. He couldn't take it anymore. She just up and said

"Travis can you leave me the fuck alone! I'll never love or like you the least bit so stop trying. Gosh stop trying you just make me so irritated."

He cried replaying the memory over and over again the pain never leaving his chest.

"Why are you crying?" A deep but soothing voice tried.

"Why do you care?" Travis asked.

"I don't but you've been crying non stop for hours and it's worrisome. Not that I care but I came here for peace and quiet and your just ruining it." The voice sighed clearly annoyed.

Travis smiled. Although the male said he didn't care he could tell he did.

"It's nothing." He replied not wanting the stranger to worry about him.

"Crying nonstop for hours is not nothing." The stranger replied quickly.

"W-well.." Travis stuttered his tears coming back from the memory replaying. He takes in a deep breath calming himself down.

"My crush just told me basically to go I annoyed her because...I-I keep flirting w-with her." Travis said crying again at the end.

The stranger was quiet. You can clearly tell he wasn't good with this kind of stuff.

"It's okay. She's missing out on an amazing guy who would cry for hours for her." The stranger finally spoke after the long silence they sat in.

Travis smiled. The stranger was right. If she didn't like him back she's clearly missing out on a great guy.

"D-do you have any advice?" Travis asked.

"Well from what my brother has been through before he met his boyfriend. Move on. There's plenty of fish in the sea. High school relationships probably don't last long anyways." The stranger replied.

Travis smiled bigger feeling his heart pound the way it did when he met Katelyn.

"Thank you...can I talk to you again tomorrow at the same time?" Travis asked.

You can tell the stranger was hesitant when he let out a shaky sigh.

"Sure. Why not. It was nice talking to someone." The male said.

~ 3 weeks later ~

Travis and the stranger have been meeting everyday. Their identities hidden by the big willow tree. From the way they are talking you can tell they are in love with each other. Travis found out more about how the stranger looks. The stranger has accidentally said it when he was talking about his childhood, saying how his older brother threw a snowball right at his right eye and making it blind so he only has one working blue eye. Sometimes you can tell from the strangers voice that he had been crying, but Travis doesn't ask because he knows the stranger doesn't like people knowing that he's been crying. Travis and the male was currently laughing at Travis' flirting attempts.

"Can I see you, freckles?" Travis asked hesitantly. Freckles was the nickname Travis gave the stranger because he found out that the stranger has freckled that laced the bridge of his nose.

The stranger stopped laughing instantly and you can tell he was shocked by the sudden question.

"No." He replied.
