Background:

Laurence got himself a girlfriend. But in the process he has hurt Garroth in many ways. First he left Garroth on his own. Second they stopped spending time together as now he was more focused on his girlfriend. Third he completely ignored Garroth. Laurence suddenly grew hatred toward his old best friend he loved. Inside Laurence still loved Garroth but forgot. After she broke up with him he was broken. Not as broken as Garroth. Garroth started thinking suicidal thoughts and started cutting. Only his brothers knew. Laurence went back to living with Garroth but hurt Garroth everyday with his ungrateful words.

Garroth's POV

I've completely lost sleep. The old Laurence will come back right? I don't care if it's only for a day I want to talk to him like friends again. I miss him.

"Garroth I'm home!" I heard Laurence's voice ring through the halls.

I got off the couch and went to the kitchen. I don't have a room and even if I did it would be the garage because that where he tells me to sleep.

"I'll make breakfast." I said.

"You should have made breakfast before I even came home idiot. Can't you do something right for once." Laurence said to me.

"I'm sorry I will do better." I said clutching my arm where it was still bleeding from last night.

"Where were you last night?" He asked.

"What?"

"Don't act dumb I know you left last night! You don't think I heard you? Why weren't you sleeping?!" He yelled.

"Because I can't sleep.." I started.

"Excuse me! Why are you talking back?"

"BECAUSE YOU ASKED! And if you want an answer then here it is. I'm sick of you treating me like this. I didn't leave you! You did! You treat me like I'm shit! I stopped sleeping! Ever since you left me! I always go out at night because in the day I am stuck inside! It hurts me to see how much my best friend changed.. I'm sorry she left and I know it hurts but you have to move on! She even told me that it wasn't you it was her. She left because she felt as if you deserve better. She moved on..why can't you?" I said before running out and to my usual spot at the park only my brothers and I know of.

Laurence's POV

'Have I really hurt Garroth that much. I didn't mean for that.. I-I made a mistake! I have to find him' I thought before running out the house looking for him.

-2 hours later-

I haven't found Garroth yet! I saw Vylad and Zane run toward the park and followed them. When we arrived they went to the secluded pond I knew of. Garroth was there too.

"Why did you call us here?" Zane asked.

"Do you think I did something bad in my life?" Garroth asked looking into the pond while his head was in his knees and his arms wrapped around it.

"What?" Vylad asked sitting next to him.

"Why does Laurence hate me? Why didn't I just leave this world when I had the chance. Why was I even born to this world. I'm useless anyways." He said.

I felt a sharp pain in my chest as I heard light sobs coming from him.

"Listen Garroth. Life is a gift. You have to embrace it. It will always get better. If you fall down just get back up. Your just not getting up. You need some help to over throw this problem. It may hurt now but later it will get better. We are here for you." Zane said. Garroth removed his head from his barricade and looked down at the pond.
