Sorry if this oneshot has a lot of mistakes, as I've said before I've stopped watching aphmau when Ein, Daniel, Blaze and some other characters were added so my aphmau facts might be off.

[Soulmate]

Each person receives a necklace with their soulmates eye color and every time they get near their soulmate it glows. The closer you are the brighter it gets . It they are in the vicinity then it emits a soft glow.(This was inspired by @Amanda_Starxx. It is from her mystreet boys one shots book. It is a x reader book not a Yaoi book but each chapter is really well written. I recommend if any of you like x reader books.)

Daniel sat by his window. He stared out of the window but wasn't paying attention to anything. He was lost in his thoughts while fondling with his necklace.

"When will I meet my soulmate?" He whispered.

"They must be special if this necklace can change to red.." he continued.

Yes. Daniels necklace was black. And from his knowledge of soulmate necklaces, they are the color of ones soulmates eyes. However, his necklace once turned red when he was only 6. He was out playing with his mom. He was running from her when his necklace suddenly turned to a red. Daniel was entranced by this and was caught as well as picked up by his mother.

He didn't think much of it then because he didn't know what a soulmate was. His parents never told him about them since they were one of the many people who never finds their soulmate or falls in love with someone other than their soulmate. However, Daniel found out about it during his years in elementary and middle and it made him want to meet his soulmate more than ever. He wondered if it was a boy or girl since he still wasn't to sure about his sexuality, but he knew he would love them no matter what.

"DANIEL! BREAKFAST!" His mother yelled.

"Coming mom!" He screamed back.

He quickly stood up from his seat in front of the window and ran out of his room. He quickly went down the stairs and ran into the kitchen.

"Honey you're almost late. What took you so long to get ready? I called you up 30 minutes ago." His mother lectured.

"Sorry mom. I got lost in my thoughts. I guess I didn't think about time. Sorry." Daniel apologized.

His ears dropped and his mother sighed seeing this.

"It's alright Daniel. I was just lecturing because I didn't want you to be late for your very first day at Phoenix drop high. Now grab your bread and run along. You still need your schedule." She said.

Daniel nodded and grabbed his bread. He went to the door and put his shoes on then grabbing his bag from the cabinet near the door. He ran out the second he got the door opened and toward the direction of his high school. Once he got to the stairs of the school he stopped to catch his breath. A few minutes later he walked up the stairs and looked around the school. Then suddenly his necklace started to glow.

He looked around but there were so many people close to him that he couldn't tell who it was. Not only that but their necklaces weren't even seen. Even if it did glow the thickness of the uniforms covered the soft glow that the necklace would emit. He frowned in disappointment but that frown was wiped right off when he was pushed to the ground. He sat up after putting his necklace back in his shirt then looking at the person who pushed him.

"Sorry didn't notice you there." The guy rolled his eyes.

His hair was black like his eyes. He has a few cuts on his face and a bandaid on his cheek. He looked strong and was obviously rude with the tone he used after he had pushed Daniel.
