Beep beep beep beep

Slamming his hand down on the alarm clock, Vylad sat up groggily on his bed, rubbing the sleepiness away from his eyes. He grabbed his phone and realized that today was Monday. He frowned at that but still got out of bed and got dressed in his Phoenix drop Uniform.

After he had finished getting dressed he walked out of his room and to the bathroom to brush his teeth and wash his face. Soon after he finished, his brothers walked in and he walked out, down the stairs, to the kitchen where his mom was.

"Good morning little pea. Breakfast will be ready in a few minutes. Just sit at the table and wait for your brothers." His mother, Ziana, said upon seeing him come into the kitchen.

"Okay!" Vylad cheered.

His mom didn't know about the situation in school and he kept this a secret from his brothers too, but his brothers go to the same school as him so the chances of them figuring out was pretty high.

Vylad walked to the table and sat down. His father was sitting there reading a newspaper with a cup of coffee in front of him.

"Morning father."

"Good morning Vylad. How's school treating you?" 

"Its been good. The classes are all not too easy but also not too hard." Vylad replied with a smile.

"That's good to know." His father replied.

Soon his brothers came down and their mom put four plates down, two were in her hands and the other two were on her arms, with two pieces of toast on each. She then went to the kitchen to grab jam and butter and placed it on the table once more.

Their father finished eating first and grabbed his suitcase and jacket about to leave for work. Their mother walked father out and they kissed each other before he left in his car.

Soon after their father left the three brothers left for school, each receiving a kiss from their mother.

Garroth ran to school happily. He couldn't wait to see his friends and his crush, Laurence.

Zane just walked slowly, listening to his music, thinking about what the day would have in store for him.

Vylad? He walked with his head down. He was afraid to get to school. Once he arrived at the stairs of the school he stopped.

"It's okay Vylad. Today...this week will be over so quickly you won't even know it was over.." he whispered to himself.

He breathed in and out two times and then took the first steps up the stairs.

This was Vylads third week at school. And no, the school year didn't just start, it was actually the middle. He had just recently transferred from O'khasis high. He hated that school because of his bully's so he asked his mother and father for a transfer to Phoenix drop high, since all Garroth had to say were good things.

Once Vylad got up the stairs he was immediately hit with a basketball. He was caught off guard so he fell to the ground with a thump.
