More than Friends

The Date

It's been 2 months since the best day of my entire fucking life. I felt my phone buzz next to me. I forget to turn it off of silent after I came home from school. It was from Cole.

Cole-Hey gorgeous! I was wondering if you wanted to go out tonight.

Me-Sure! Where?

Cole-We could go out for dinner then see a movie. My family could rent a limo.

His family has always loved it when he is in a relationship. They would do anything. And they have a lot of money.

Me-Cool, where should we go? and what movie should we see?

Cole-Maybe we could see "Blended."

Me- sounds good to me! What restaurant?

Cole-Since I chose the movie u pick the restaurant.

Me-How about California Pizza Kitchen?

Cole- Sure. See you then babe. 😘

Me- 😘

OMG! I can't believe I was going on another date! I had so may emotions inside me. Happiness. Nervousness. Excitement. Anxiousness. If that's even A word! What should I wear? I have my pink dress with a black lace detail. I guess i'll just wear that. I'll wear my silver mini heels with it!

An hour later he finally got here.

"Hey baby."He said kissing my hand.

He was wearing a black tuxedo with a white shirt and a red bow tie. He looked perfect.

"Hey handsome." I said smiling.

"You look. Incredible and amazing and perfect." Cole said blushing

"Is that the limo?!" I asked in amazment.

The limo is neon yellow. I put my arm in his and we strolled over to the limo and the driver opened the door. We stepped into it and I was amazed. It has colored lights and black seats. There were shot glasses filled with sprite and Mountain Dew. There were also wine glasses filled with Skittles.

"Oh my god. Baby!" I said wrapping my arms around him.

"Anything for the best."

We sat down and I snuggled into him.

"So I was thinking we would go to the California Pizza Kitchen that's about a half hour away so we could hang out in here for a while. The movie starts at 9:30 and it's 10 minutes away from California Pizza Kitchen."

"Sure babe." I said kissing him on the cheek.

"Only one more week and then we're free!" He said throwing his hands into the air dramacticly.

I did a quiet giggle.

"Your so cute."he said kissing my forehead.

"What are doing this summer?" I asked.

"You mean besides spending every possible second with you? Not much."

"Aw baby!"

We arrived at the California Pizza Kitchen and the waiter sat us down at the table. We ordered a barbecue chicken pizza(classy right?)

"Grace? I have a present for you."

He pulled out a sparkly silver heart necklace with C+G=♥️. It was the most beautiful necklace I've ever seen.

"Cole." I was speechless.

"Grace you are my everything and I'd be nothing without you. I don't know how a guy like me ended up with a girl like you."

"Cole. I love you more than any guy I've loved before."

The pizza arrived and we ate cracking jokes. When we finished we got a slice of red velvet cake for dessert. Wen we finished his parents came in and payed for the food.

"Time to get into the limo kids!" Cole's mom said excitedly.

We hopped into the limo and headed to the movie theater. The movie was awesome and I cuddled with Cole the entire time. When he dropped me off he came to the door with me.

"This night was amazing!" I said," I love you."

Before I could say something else he leaned in and kissed me! Right on the lips! Then he leaned his forehead on mine and said something to me that he's never said before.

"I love you too."

Then he walked to the limo and got in and the limo drove away. I stood there not knowing what to say or to think. I walked into the house, went upstairs and went to bed to think.

He loved me

He gave me a necklace

He told me how lucky he was

He is perfect

I fell asleep feeling amazing and I woke up at 9:30am and looked at phone an everything changed.
