Who will she choose [Voltron Lotor x Pidge x Shiro ]

Chapter 19

Shiro POV

I head over to my lion with my face as red as some weird space fruit Coran brought into the castle last week. 

"Let's go team"

We head off towards Lotor's headquarters. We land our lions a bit away and made our way towards the back entrance. Shots were immediately fired at us. It was like they knew we were coming here. After the first wave of soldiers was defeated, we split up to find Matt.

After searching for hours I hear it.

"Hey guys guess who I found!" Lance said.

"I'm heading over there now, stay there."

I reach the corridor and head toward where Lance was standing. Inside the room I not only saw Matt, but Lotor as well.

"Well I didn't think you'd be here so soon"

"Lance grab Matt. I'll handle Lotor" once they were gone Lotor spoke.

"You know it's not very nice to steal someone's property."

"They're not your property! They're people."

"Listen here Shiro, I always get what I want and Katie is no exception."

"She'll never go with you and she'll never love you. You don't even love her! All you care about is ruling over the Galra empire"

"Enough you insolent human! You do not get to deem how I feel! Who I choose love! Trust me she will love me. Now I suggest leaving before I lose my temper."

I left the room after his speech . I don't want more combat if it wasn't needed. This was a rescue mission and we succeeded.

I headed towards the lions where everyone was.
"Shiro, keep Matt with you. He knows you, and you two need to catch up." Lance says.

"Of course."

"Good, cause I want to catch up." Matt says behind me.

"Sure thing, just let me talk with Lance first. Could I meet you over by my lion?"

"See you there."Matt said walking over towards my lion.

"Did you tell him?" I say once Matt is out of ear shot.

"About you and Pidge?"

"Yes, about Pidge and me!" I whisper-yell at him.

"No, I just told him about how Pidge stood up and ripped the treaty"

"Good."

"Look I wouldn't tell him. I know you two want to tell him together, Shiro, you have nothing to worry about"

"Thank you Lance."

"No problem."

"Now lets get back. I want to tell him as soon as possible."

I make my way over to Matt. I'm so nervous that he won't accept us. I know better, Matt knows me, he knows I would never hurt Katie.

"Hey Shiro."

"Matt."

"So I heard what Katie did..."

"Yeah, she's amazing isn't she."

"That's my sister. Always surpassing expectations. Though, I knew she wasn't going to marry him."

"Really?"

"Yeah but,  I thought that you were going to be the one to stop it"

"Well, I thought I was to."

"I'm glad you didn't. It's great to know Pidge is standing up for herself."

"You don't know how relived I was."

"I think I do."

"What do you mean?"

"You have a crush on Katie don't you?" A blush appears on my face at his teasing.

"I support you all the way. Though Katie is really dense."

"Yeah, let's get back to the castle. Katie really wants to see you. She has something to tell you"
