Who will she choose [Voltron Lotor x Pidge x Shiro ]

Chapter 25

Shiro POV

"Are you sure you'll be fine here all alone? I can leave one of the Paladins behind."

"Shiro, I'll be fine just get my sister back safely."

"...Alright." I turn around and start heading towards my lion. I turn to see Matt waving. Everyone is waiting for me to board before leaving.

"Ready to get Pidge back." I say getting into my lion.

"Yeah!" they say in unison. We then fly off towards Lotor's headquarters.

~~ at Lotor's headquarters ~~

We sneak in and start to look for where Pidge might be.

"Remember, stay low and try not to cause a commotion." as they nod in response. "Let's split up I'll head towards where Lotor and his guards will be."

"We should stay together." Keith said.

"I agree." Lance said.

"Yeah, what if we run into Lotor or his generals?!" Hunk said

"Ok then," I say "Let's check by their sleeping quarters first."

We walk towards it when suddenly the alarms went off. I turn around and Lance already shot the one who pulled it. "Let's move!" I shout as we charge forward, fighting off the Galra drones that come our way.

I spot one of Prince Lotor's generals coming towards us. She was the most aggressive out of all of them.

"I'll handle her," Hunk said "you guys run ahead."

"Stay safe." I say to Hunk before moving out with the other Paladins.

We run down the corridor. We're getting closer, I can feel it. When we turn the corner, it confirmed my suspicion. There stood the rest of Lotor's generals. When they spotted us they began to attack. The first one backflipped towards Lance, the other who had a more human look went towards Keith. I'm left with the most reptilion looking one. We all jump into battle, I carefully watch my aponits movement. I rush towards her, she attempts to trip me with her tail but i jumped over it. I elbow her in the stomach and kick her into the wall.

"Go to Pidge while there's still time!"lance yelled struggleing against his colorfull opponent.

"We'll be fine." Keith said.

I look over towards the general as she slowly starts to rise, her stance more like that of a preditor. "Mhmm." I nodded and quickly entered the room before she could attack. When I entered I saw Lotor there waiting for me.

"It's a shame that I have to kill you. Shiro, you would have made an extrodinary ally. Then again, you came in the way of Katie and I and for that, I can not allow you to live. I know she will not like it, she even begged me to spare your pathetic life. I feel that you should know that before you die."

Even though Katie was the one who was kidnapped she worried about me. "You're wrong Lotor. I'm going to beat you so bad that you'll wish I would have killed you instead." I rush up to him, my arm acctivated. He blocked my attack and swung at me. I barely dodge him before attacking again, I scratched his arm. He looked at the wound. Once he turned to me, his eyes were full of anger and bloodlust. "You will pay for that!" Lotor said before lunging at me. His attacks were much bolder and precise. You could tell he was holding back before. I'm barly able to doge his attacks, as he's been landing blow after blow. I somehow managed to knock his sword out of his hands. Once I did we were on the ground. We rolled around each fighting to remain on top. Once Lotor was on top again with a smirk, I soon realize we had rolled right towards his sword. I'm as good as dead. He picked his sword up and placed it at the bottom of my throat.

"Now Shiro, would you like to give me your full name so you may die honorably?" Lotor said with a everlasting smile.

''Don't I get a last request before I die first?"

''You know what? Fine. Only because it will make Katie happpy that I atleast granted you this. What is your final wish?" He said to me with obvious disinterested.

''Let my team leave safely. We don't need anymore blood shed... And one more thing, make sure Katie's happy. It will devastate her when I die, but if they do she'll be destroyed. They're her family. I'm sure its like that with your generals. Make sure she's happy and if you even hurt her I'll come back from my grave and beat you senseless."

He slowly got up, a gliston of hope and saddness in his eyes. "Shiro, I have meet many men in my travels. None were as brave as you. They would plead for their lives and gladly give the lives of their people for their own gain. You would rather wish to see your soliders head home safe and that the one you love be happy when you're gone. You and the paliadans shall rest here tonight before I decide your fate." he walked towards the door and called his guards off. "They shall stay the night. Ezor, go tell Zethrid. We all know how blood thristy she can be. Axa can you hand me a pair of hand cuffs and restraint the rest of them."

He walked back towards me and cuffed my hands. "Come. I want to have a discussion with you, but there is something we need to do first."
