Who will she choose [Voltron Lotor x Pidge x Shiro ]

Chapter 30

Shiro POV

I look around our room to see that everyone is passed out. Hunk is happily snoring, Keith and Lance are cuddling. I lift my blankets off and get out of the bed. I slowly make my way towards the door. I creak the door open and quickly look back to see everyone still sleeping. I slip out of the room and shut the door behind myself.

I walk down the corridor, I can hear the guards footsteps throughout the castle. Do they ever turn them off? I continue my track. I stop when I've miraculously found my way to my destination. I remove the chair stationed in front of the door. I carefully knock so that only the one who heard it was the person on the other side.

"Lotor I told you that I don't want to talk, can you please just go?"

"It's not Lotor, but if you want I can go." the door opened a bit before bursting open.

"Don't ever go!" Pidge said pulling me into the room and closing the door behind us. We quickly pulled ourselves into each others arms.

"I won't go. Plus we'll be out of here soon enough." I say as she buries her face into my chest. We stay like that in perfect silence. No one to pull us apart, just Pidge and I.

We untangle ourselves to move to sit on the floor. We snuggle up together before talking.

"How did you find me?"

"Who else would take you away from us. Don't worry Keith saw Allura contacting Lotor, she's not a threat right now. When we get back we'll all interrogate her."

"Thank you"

"Hey our mission isn't over yet, we still got a while to go considering the plan didn't go exactly as accepted."

"Still, thank you."

"I-We were all so worried about you."

"I can handle myself just fine."

"I know you can, but that doesn't stop me from worrying."

"I know, I know"

"What was that whole family thing about with Lotor?"

"Shiro he doesn't have a family, not just his parents, but his generals too. They all keep each other away. He needs to know what a family is so I allowed him into ours. I know it will take a long time before he's fully accepted, but it'll be worth it."

"Normally I'd be furious, but you're right, and maybe he'll even turn out to be a good person. He just needs a push in the right direction."

"Alright lets get off this depressing railway"

"That reminds me, I have a very important question to ask you." I say putting on the most serious face I can muster.

"And that would be?"

"What's my lions name?"

She bursted out in laughter and I soon chimed in. Once we finished our giggling fit we turn to face each other again.

"With the face you were making I thought it was going to be a life altering question."

"It is, I need to know what to call the black lion"

"Black sun."

"What?"

"Your lion shall be named Black Sun, it fits you too. When people see the black lion and they know Voltron has come to save and protect them."

"I like it. It's perfect."

We both smiled very softly, but they're smiles nonetheless. We stayed like this for an hour, snuggled up, chatting, laughing, reminiscing, and so much more. It was sweet bliss just to be with each other. Pidge told me what happen during her time here, I told her about my time while she was gone. We continue to talk and tome just flew by.

"I should go before anyone wakes up"

"Nooooo..."

"I know but we don't want to face any dire consequences."

"Fine, but promise you'll come back."

"I promise."

We hug each other one last time. I leave the room and put the chair back in place. I quickly walk back to the Paladins room before they wake up.

Hello lovely people! I hope you enjoyed chapter 30! Especially because I have some bad news I won't be able to update again till June 16th, because this week is my finals and I'm going to one of my favorite cons the next week animenext. galactic_foxes and I will both be attending, and this is one of the very few time we will be able to see each other in person!
