Chapter 7

I expected to feel out of place, but thank god I met a few people who kept me company,  as well as Ana, who spent more time with me than any of the other guests.

"Shouldn't you be socializing?" I asked her.

She shrugged "Probably, I'm trying to work up the nerve to go and talk to my sister, ha, she's one of my bridesmaids and I don't even speak to her."

"Really?" That seemed odd. "Who else?"

"Well Stacey she's my sister, of course Lilah, my cousins Meg and Becca, and, oh god, Bella, cause I needed someone else."

I looked at her, trying not to appear shocked. "Her?" We both looked over at her, she was with Brian, actually she was all over him.

"Don't hold it against me." she groaned.

I looked over at them again, this time they were kissing, except he was looking at me. Jesus Christ, why was he kissing his girlfriend but looking at me? I quickly looked away. I suddenly felt flustered, Zack had a shot in front of him and I grabbed it and drank it down. Everybody stopped talking and looked at me. Oh god.

"Ha, I knew you wouldn't last wedding planner." Couldn't he just disappear?

I looked over at him and gave him my middle finger, he feigned shock and laughed.

"Are you alright?" Ana asked me, concerned.

"Oh yeah, I just need another." I told her, making my way to the bar.

The bar guy looked at me. "JD, shot."

"Make that two." Fuck.

I turned and looked at him. "What is your problem with me?"

"I have no problem with you wedding planner, none what so ever." He was smirking and I had the urge to smack his face again.

The bar guy put the shot's in front of us, I grabbed mine, downed it and turned and walked away.

Fuck, why did I let him get to me!

I sat back down. "Feel better now?" Ana asked, smiling at me.

I shook my head "Not really."

"He really bug's you right?" She said "Why?"

"Ana, I have no idea, maybe because he's so damn sure of himself." I glared over at him. "I need to go to the bathroom."

"Use the one upstairs." Ana told me.

I nodded, good, I needed to go and get my shit together.

I made my way upstairs and locked the door, I closed the lid and sat on the toilet, no more alcohol for me, I was feeling a little drunk, and I didn't want to make an ass out of myself, well more than I already had.

I sat in there for five minutes, calming myself, that asshole did it on purpose, without a doubt, and I still had to organise a wedding that he was a part of. I groaned, I wish I could walk away from these people, away from him, but I couldn't.

I stood up and looked at myself in the mirror, good, I didn't look as bad as I felt.

I unlocked the door and stepped out. Suddenly some grabbed me and pushed me up against the wall.

"What are you doing?" I said, putting my hands on his chest and trying to push him away.

"Relax." he said, smirking at me. Suddenly he took my face in his hands and pressed his lips to mine.

Jesus, I tried pushing him away. "Stop." I cried.

He continued kissing me and oh god was that tongue?

Finally he stopped and he smirked at me. He leant over and put his lips to my ear. "Relax wedding planner, I just wanted to see what you tasted like."

I watched him turn and walk away.

God, I had to leave. Who did he think he was? I virtually ran down the stairs and stepped outside, there he was, standing with his so called girlfriend, he looked over at me and winked.

"Ana, I'm sorry, somethings come up, I have to leave." I told her, trying to appear calm, and failing.

"Sophie are you okay?" I nodded and started walking away. "I'll call you Ana, okay?"

I got out the front and started my car, I really shouldn't have been driving but I needed to leave.

What the hell did he think was doing? I was disgusted and offended.

Suddenly a voice in my head just had to pop up, stating otherwise. Please Sophie, I think you'll find you kissed him back, you might've been pushing him but you were kissing him at the same time.

"Fuck." I yelled, driving away. It was all true, I did kiss him.
