Wanna Play A Game? {Completed}

Arguing and Getting Sick

Not even twenty minutes into playing tag I was out of breath and seriously losing. By now, Colby was clearly proving to me why he was on the track team, with his long legs catching and tagging me as I raced around the yard.

I walked in the house panting and thirsty. Going into the kitchen I made myself a gigantic glass of ice water. I downed it seconds.

"You shouldn't gulp down ice water like that after running." spoke Colby as he came in the room. I raised an eyebrow at him as I didn't see his reasoning behind that. "It can give you a stomachache." As he told me this I did start to feel nauseous.

"It doesn't bother me." I lied and placed the glass in the sink. I tried to hold the gag feeling in the back if my throat. Why did he have to be so educated on that? For once I want him to be wrong.

"Are you sure? Because it looks like you are about to throw up." I shook my head and exited the room.

"Brie!" I heard Penny call out to me from the living room. I headed towards her voice and saw that she and Chase were sprawled out on the floor with a board game, Monopoly, in between them.

"Play with us, please!" Chase whined. I knew if I said no he would give me a puppy dog face. Upon which I would cave in. But the unsettling feeling in my stomach told me that I need to lie down.

"Come on, play with us." Colby's warm seductive voice said. Once again he was behind me and once again I could feel his breath fanning my neck. It made me shiver and he just chuckled. But this time I was going to stand my ground.

"Guys, I am sorry,-" I was cut off by Colby.

"Brie, don't make me beg." he whispered. I couldn't take anymore. I spun around and was faced with him. Right off the bat I noticed Colby was giving me a puppy dog face that rivals Chase's.

"Oh no, don't try that on me." His pink lips pouted just a little more. I giggled and shook my head. "Colby, I am not in the mood to play a board game."

"You are cheating!" I shouted. Chase and Penny started to laugh. Colby gave me a shocked look.

"You can't cheat at monopoly!" He exclaimed.

I guess you can say a second after Colby pouted his lips more I caved in and ended up playing with him and his siblings and just ignored my constant stomach pains.

"Hey, lunch is ready!" My mom called out. Penny and of course Chase leaped up from the floor. But I stayed put seeing as someone need to clean up the mess made by the game, and I wasn't feeling well enough to eat.

"No, you two get back and help pick up the game!" Colby hollered at his brother and sister. They stopped in their tracks and with grim expressions they returned.

"Y'all go eat. I can pick this all up." I said. Chase and Penny's faces lit up and they began to get up.

"No, if anyone should get up and go eat, it should be you. The game was Chase and Penny's idea. They should clean it up." Colby informed me. I shook my head at him.

"Its fine Colby let them go." I said standing up so I would tower over his sitting figure. That was a mistake. Colby quickly got up and stood at least a foot and a half over me. I cursed his tallness at that moment.

"They are my siblings not yours, if I say they have to clean up the mess of the game before they eat, then that is what they have to do." His voice didn't crack as he spoke, in fact it was very stern and admittedly, it turned me on so bad.

I didn't argue with him because I was too busy puking on his shoe.
