Chapter 3

Thea's POV

I ignored all the curious stares and murmurings in the hallway and made my way to my locker. I took out my schedule and read it: -

Arts - Art room

English – Room 340

Mathematics – Room 150

Science – Room 215

                  Break

Technology – Lab 2

Music – Music hall

P.E. – Field

That means I have Arts now. I took out the things I need for the class from my locker. I found my way to the Art class with the help of the school map and the little exploring that I just did. There was no one in the class yet so I decided to take the seat in the front row. Soon, students started filling the class and the murmuring began as soon as they saw me. A girl with fair skin tone and dark hair came up to me and said shyly, "Is this seat taken?"

I smiled at her and said, "No, you can sit here. Hi I'm Thea"

"I'm Diana Payne. So, I believe you're the new girl everyone's talking about?" She asked sitting down next to me.

"If not, then there's another one"

She was about to say something but the teacher cut her off. "Hello students. My name is Ms Davis and I am your art teacher this year" the teacher, Ms Davis said.

"So today we are going to do..."

The class continued and Diana and I talked for a while in between. Turns out she isn't really that shy, it seems like that at first but once you get to know her, you realise that she's actually quite fun to talk to. She has beautiful light brown eyes which complement her heart-shaped face. Her dark hair is cut in layers and come down her to shoulder.

After the bell rang, indicating it's over, I started packing my stuff when Diana said, "Show me your schedule so I can see which classes we have together". I gave her my schedule and then she said after examining it, "So, you have English next which is next to my class, I can take you there. We have Arts, Maths, Science and P.E. together and you have English, Science, Technology and P.E with Stella, she is a friend of mine. She's great, you'll love her"

"Okay. Thanks for helping me"

"Oh! It's nothing, we're friends now, so chill." She said dragging me by my arm to what I assume is my next class.

"I guess I got myself new friends", I thought happily.
