Chapter 5

After my small encounter with Ashley, I went to the gym for my last class; P.E. I saw Diana and Stella and went to them. I told them about what happened with Ashley, they were happy that someone finally stood against her but also said that I should be 'careful'. If anything, Ashley should be aware of who she is dealing with, because I am not easy to mess with.

"You should change in your gym clothes; Coach will be here soon" Diana said.

Then I noticed that they have already changed. I went into the changing room and to the locker assigned to me and changed into shorts and a tee. I kept the clothes I had worn in the locker and exited the room. Just as I reached my friends, Coach entered, talk about timing.

"Hello class, I'm Coach Ross. Since this is your first class, you just have to do stretching and run a lap of the field. Clear?" Coach said.

Everyone agreed and started. I, Diana and Stella started stretching, when suddenly Diana said, "Hey Thea, I don't know how I forgot but why did you change schools?"

"I didn't change schools. I was home-schooled since I was a kid. When I turned 16, last year, I decided that I need to know about normal high school life too. So here I am"

"Okay. So, tell us about your family" Stella said.

"Umm ok so my mom and dad are both working people, they have their own businesses and are always away for work. I have 3 older brothers, Erik, Aaron and Nathan. That's all I guess."

"My dad is also a businessman and my mom is a lawyer. I have an elder brother, Jeremy, he is in college" Diana said.

"My dad's a surgeon and my mom are a baker. I don't have any sibling." Stella said. I nodded.

We finished stretching and went to run our lap in the field. Just as we finished, bell rang. I quickly went to the changing room and changed into my original clothes. I exited the school building with Diana and Stella.

"Hey do you need a ride?" Diana asked.

"No, I'm gonna walk home, thanks for asking." I replied.

"Cool, Bye"

"See ya"

I walked my way home and thought, "what an eventful day", now I will have to deal with 3 brothers *sign*. I reached home after 10 minutes, the guards opened the gates and one of them greeted, "Good afternoon, Miss Walter".

"Good afternoon and you can call me Thea. Have my brothers arrived?" I asked them.

"No, Miss Thea." Ricky, one of the guards replied. I nodded and went towards the house. We have a long distance between the gates and the house. It's not actually a house, it's a mansion. On entering through the main gates, there is a straight driveway till you reach the stairs to the front porch. On the left and right side of the driveway is the garden within the fence but it is only in half the area, on the other halves of the area is the garage. My brothers are crazy about cars. Our garage is full of different types of cars like Audis, BMWs, Mercedes, Porsches, Ashton Martin's etc and even a limo for special occasions. That's why we need two garages; one on left and other on the right.

I reached the porch of the mansion and opened the doors. Our mansion is a 3-story mansion. On the ground floor is the kitchen, living room, dining room and a laundry room. The first floor is the game room, gym, library/study and my favourite music room. On second floor is our parent's room, if they are ever here, Erik's room and Aaron's room along with a guest room. Finally, on the third floor is my and Nathan's rooms with few more rooms for the guests. There is even an elevator in the mansion with stairs too.

I want to reach my room fast, so I took the elevator to the 3rd floor, usually I use stairs but right now I am damn tired. I dropped my bag just as I entered my room. My room is huge. It is not a bad thing because I love my room. When you enter the room there is a set of couches with a coffee table on the right wall, on the right of the couches there is a balcony with a view of the forest and the main road. Opposite the couches is the main bedroom. There is a king size bed on the left side of the bedroom with nightstands. On the right side of the room is the TV on the wall surrounded by racks filled with movies and games. There is a table and chair beside the TV with my laptop on it. There are two other doors in the main room, one leads to my walk-in closet and other to my en-suite bathroom. There is also a window seat on one of the window on the TV wall that gives a beautiful view of forest, which is a good sitting place when I needed to think, right now some of my stuff toys are sitting there, hey don't blame me these toys have been with me from the beginning and I love them, they all have some meaning to me. The walls of my room are coloured light purple and white. There are few photos on one of the walls near my bed and my name is written in italic letters on the wall behind my bed along with my favourite quotes in smaller font.

I was so tired that instead of calling my brothers to inform them that I have reached home, like I was told to, I texted them that I have reached and am going to sleep. I put my phone in charging beside my bed and changed into comfortable clothes. As soon as my head touched the pillow, I was out.
