Your crying and you don't know what to say but " leave". It's not the smartest choice of word, when in reality you want them to stay... but you say it anyways. You've always said it but it's just a bad habit to break and you know it. Honestly, you've never been able to break it and if you have then congratulations. You once thought you could do everything on your own but your wrong since you only made everything worse.
