Serafina's Point of View

We have been walking for three days now. We often spend the night on the magic bridge and when we wake up we will start on walking again. We can't take a break because if we do we might not have much time to stop the Gorgons from escaping the Lost City.

Yes. Ms. Farrah saw the future. She saw several Gorgons coming out the Lost City of Medusa and attacking the three cities of the magic world.Before we could go to this mission, Ms. Farrah told us everything we have to know. The secret had been revealed and we just have to keep it.

I saw the others having their own worlds.

Henrietta is just walking and doesn't care about the others. Piolo, Gerome and Levi are the same. Fiona and Richie is eating some sort of bread and a soda. Diane was puffing her cigarette here and there. Tyler is scanning the black book. Madison is checking her makeup from time to time. Lucas was next to Nixie who is irritated because of Lucas' jokes. And I? I am just looking at them the whole time. I was just hoping that one of the serious types might talk to the others. Maybe there's no chance for it.

We keep on walking until the Lost City of Medusa.  How can we get in? I asked myself. Medusa City has the most powerful barrier everybody from the Kane Clan made to protect us from danger and to make the Gorgons stay in their territory.

"Bonjour." a voice said and we saw an old man in white cape looking at us.

"What brought you here?" he asked.

"Mr. Flinch, we are from the three cities of the magic world. We are sent here for an important mission. Can you open the barrier?" that was Levi.

"I'm afraid I can't, my boy. You know, I'm just guarding this whole place making sure that not a single Gorgon can escape. You should've brought a Kane with you. I think you do." Mr. Flinch said and smiled at us.

He was looking at our backs so we turned our heads and saw King Paolo.

"I'm sorry. I didn't told you that I'll be going with you. You're just 50 meters ahead of me." he said and started to open the barrier.

After minutes we got in and King Paolo closed the barrier again. I roamed my eyes. It was dark and gloomy inside. It was plain dangerous. It is a forest. We were even hearing different sounds from inside.

"Shall we?" Henrietta asked and started walking.

Before I could take a step I saw Nixie.

"Are you alright?" I asked her.

"My nape hurts."she said and I tried to see if she has bruise in there.

I swiped her hair away and I regretted  that I checked it. I saw a thing that I shouldn't have seen from her.

"Call Tyler. He can probably manage that." I said and left her there.

Nixie's Point of View

"It's finished." Tyler said and distanced himself from me.

He was just an inch away from my body. He had to because he needed to check my nape. After awhile the back part of my neck doesn't hurt anymore.

"Tyler." I called him. He turned his head but he was still walking.

"Yes?" He asked.

"What do you think is the reason behind that pain?" I asked him and he stopped for awhile.

"The pain? I don't really know but my Mom told me to use the spell to you once you feel it. I think my Mom can see the future." he joked and laughed a bit.

"I felt it for several times. She was the one who treated it." I said.

"Ah...maybe that's why she told me about it." he said and silence occupied the whole place.

We were walking when we heard footsteps. We turned our heads from left to right but the sounds were everywhere.

"In position." Levi said and everybody spreaded out.

I was about to take my position when someone grabbed both my arms. I was quite shocked when I saw Gerome and Levi holding my arms on each side.

"Uh sorry." Gerome said and loosened his grip on my arm.

I looked at my the other hand on my left arm and looked at Levi. He suddenly let my hands go.

"Stay with us." Levi said and he prepared to attack with his magic.

Gerome on the other hand did the same. I crossed my arms on my chest and raised a brow at them.

"What do you want me to do?" I asked them.

"Stay pretty." Gerome said and he ran to attack a gorgon that appeared from nowhere.

I mentally rolled my eyes. So I'm not going to do anything and watch as they kill? That is so boring! Levi is right in front of me when a scary ugly gorgon appeared next to me. I quickly grabbed a dagger from the sling bag and killed it. Levi looked at me and at my hands. It has a black something. It was sticky!

"Stubborn." he said and continued fighting here and there.

Geez. I wiped the black thing off my hands and held onto my dagger tighter. It is really getting boring here. Before night time they stopped fighting because the creepy ugly and disgusting gorgons suddenly vanished and didn't showed up anymore. Serafina said that we need to find a place to stay to. We went to a place near where we were at hours ago.

"This is a good spot." Serafina said.

We roamed our sight into the place. There were many trees and it was well covered. A minute after, my nape started hurting again. What is happening to me? Is the pain telling me something?

I tried to remember the times that my nape started hurting. The first time I felt this was when we went to Apollo City. I saw a guy in black coat in the darkest part of the city. The next is when we went to Athena City. I was walking in the hallway of the palace when I felt it. Then, when Katrina Kane attacked me with her black magic.

Does it mean that whenever there's danger, it'll hurt?

"Uh guys, I think we-----" my speech wasn't finished yet!

"There is danger here. Let's go somewhere." Diane said while puffing her cigarette.

They all nodded and we started to walk and go deeper into the forest.

"Nixie, what were you going to say again?" Serafina asked.

"It's nothing. Don't mind me." I replied and Serafina nodded before following the others.

Does that mean that I can sense danger? That's pretty awesome!
