Serafina's Point of View

I am really excited for tonight. I forgot to tell you that tonight is the night for the royal ball. It is done inside Apollo's palace at exactly seven in the evening until twelve midnight. So, I'm picking out a gown to wear for tonight. I don't really know what to wear but for Nixie, I have something to give her. Knowing Nixie she wouldn't care about this royal ball because she is not the typical girl that will go to such events.

I picked her a black ball gown with diamonds designing it. I chose her a 5- inch silver ankle strap heels. I also bought a halter blue gown for her friend. I think her name is Elisha. I also bought her a white 3-inch stilettos. I really want to buy her a 7-inch but there is none. I also bought a red trumpet gown and a white sling back heels for me. I decided to do their hair and makeup later. Just thinking about it makes me excited.

"Hey, aren't you done yet?" Madison asked and I smiled at her. She came with me to buy her own dress.

"What did you buy?" I asked her and she showed me a light steel blue mermaid dress partnered with a black fantasy heels.

We paid for the gowns and heels before going back to the palace. When we arrived, Nixie was lying on her bed and staring outside the window. Elisha her friend is doing her hair in front of the mirror next to her bed. Kay is doing something in her luggage.

"Nixie!" I shouted at her and she stared at me as if she was asking for what I want.

"What is it?" she asked and sat up to greet me.

"I bought you a gown and a heels for tonight." I said to her.

"Tonight?" Nixie and Elisha asked while the Middle Class girl whom I'll call Kay looked at me.

"Sorry for not telling you. We are going to the royal ball tonight!" I said happily and put all the gowns and heels on my bed.

"Royal ball?!" Elisha shrieked and her mouth left hanging.

"You're Elisha right?" I asked and she nodded shyly.

"Can I call you Elisha? Well it is really a wonderful event and you two need to dress up now. Because after 3 hours we will be going to the ballroom of the palace.

"It's just four in the afternoon." Nixie said and went back to her bed but I pulled her up until the door of the comfort room.

"What now, Serafina?" she was giving me that bored tone again that I really hate from her.

"Go inside and use the dryer after you take a shower. Chop! Chop!" I shouted at her and she frowned before going inside.

I will be busy tonight, that is for sure.

Nixie's Point of View

Geez. I don't want to go to such event. I am not a party person who likes to go to different parties. But what can I do? Serafina kept on bugging me. After I took a shower I dried my hair and when I went out Serafina suddenly grabbed me in front of a mirror and let me sit.

She did something to my face and after half an hour, thank God! She's done. I nearly drop the palette I was holding when I got a glimpse of myself. It was as if i was looking at a totally different person. Serafina fixed my hair into a pancake bun of braids and it is really wonderful. She let me wear a black ball gown that looks majestic. She even forced me to wear a freaking 5-inch ankle strap heels!

"You look wonderful." she said and pulled Elisha who went out of the bathroom. She was a bit shocked but smiled when Serafina started doing things on her hair and face.

Serafina was the one who fixed our looks and she was the last one to went out the bathroom. Elisha is wearing blue halter gown paired with a stilettos. Her hair was done into a knotted ponytail. Madison is wearing a light steel blue mermaid gown and her hair was just curled because her hair is a bit short. Kay, the Middle Class girl, is wearing a white empress waist gown and her hair was done into a simple braid. Serafina who went out of the bathroom, is wearing a red trumpet gown that matches her red hair that is done into a four strand slide up braid. She looks wonderful.

When we arrived at the palace ballroom Serafina was asked by the Lucas guy from Athena. Madison and Elisha got their partners from the team of Apollo. Kay Collins partnered herself with her very own brother. Ms. Farrah and Headmaster Cray are partners. I sat on one of the chairs in the ballroom hall and sip on my champagne. I really hate this. They are all dancing while I'm sitting here alone.

When I was about to sip on my drink a guy appeared in front of me. He was Gerome Walter if I wasn't mistaken.

"Mind if I dance with you?" he asked.

"Uh, I -----" I didn't have the chance to finish what I was about to say when someone talked.

"Go dance with your schoolmate, Gerome Walter." Levi interrupted and the guy just smirked at him.

"You go. I was the first one to ask this beautiful young lady." he said and I saw Levington glared at him.

"Go have war with others. Bastard" Levi said to him

Oh God. There are two boys fighting in front of me. Can someone help me? My eyes suddenly caught Serafina running towards my direction. Yes! My savior.

"Nixie!" she shouted and waved at me.

"Let's--Oh! Sorry if I interrupted your moment with these boys." she was about to go when I grabbed her arm.

I gave her a don't-go-look and I think she understood. She stayed and gave me a questioning look but she smiled afterwards.

"No you didn't. Where are we going?" I asked her and she pulled me out of that place.

"By the way, I was going to ask you if you want to go with us in the throne room. Ms. Farrah permitted us." she said while smiling and I nodded.

Thanks to her, I got away from a strange moment with the two boys who has dark auras. This night will end soon. I hope so.
