I feel tears well up in my eyes. I was just told basically anything a bully would say to someone like me.
Gram is a jerk. A real jerk. He's a bully and always gets what he wants. I was talking to my "friends" when he looked me in the eyes and said, "your a nobody Veronica. Now move and go die in a hole."
With that, I ran to the janitors closet balling my eyes out. The thing that makes me mad though is that none of my friends backed me up. They just sat there. Staring at Gram with those eyes that every girl has for him. Some friends huh.
I ran because everyone was looking at me and laughing. So I went to the janitors closet crying.
This is what I was talking about before. No one cares. Then, I hear the door open. "Gram, leave me the hell alone."
"It's not Gram" a soft voice says. When I look up, I see Lucas at the door.
