It's been a few days since me and Veronica started taking and I think today is the day. I'm going to ask her out. There's a school dance coming up and I'm hoping she will say yes.
As I'm getting ready to go to school this morning, my moms sitting in her chair like normal. She just sits there and knits. I've tried telling her that she needs to get out but she doesn't. I've been doing everything for her. Like the bills and food and shopping.
I remember the night when my Dad was murdered and the night my brother was murdered. Our family was so close. Then something happened. The cops don't even know what happened. They just found the body's. They were shot right through the heart. Anyway, I say bye to my mom and leave for school.
As I walk into school I see Veronica. Everyday she's there, waiting for me. She has made me realize over the past week that there is hope.
The past year has been really hard for me and she's made me feel better about somethings. I going to help her. She has it harder then me. Both her parents gone. She's basically an orphan. But her dad left her money and a house. He had to of cared about her.
Veronica doesn't deserve any of this though, she's this amazing girl that doesn't know how to express anything unless you really get to know her. I'm going to help her.
I have a plan. At the end of the day, I'm going to ask her out.
