I can't breathe
I'm in deep, up to my neck and can't move my arms and legs
Tears
Shaky hands
That weird feeling we all feel but can't describe
I'm stressed
Spread too thin
And even now part of me feels like I'm overreacting
My head hurts
Medicated and unproductive
Unprotected
Consumed and Overwhelmed
