I cant believe it !

He asked me.

I was eating dinner with my parents and some of their associates feeling horrible. I started my period two freakin days before my wedding ! I wanted to cry I begged my mom to postpone the event but she wouldn’t budge, she kept telling me that sometimes these things happen and Its not the end of the world but all I could imagine was telling my husband that we cant have sex on our honey moon because I was on my period. To top it all of I wuz bleeding so heavy. I kept passing large blood clots every time I used the bathroom. It was so disgusting !

When he got down on one knee all I could think about was how happy we would be together , together forever.

“Yes, Yes Sean” I squealed jumping into his arms. Tears of joy rolled down my face and he kissed me passionately. We were so caught up that we forgot we had an audience!

My dad cleared his throat loudly and we jumped apart

Walking from the head of the table Xavior Greene stood directly in front of us and clasped Sean in a tight hug

“Welcome to the family “ he said warmly .

Applause erupted from the table as well as cheers and laughs

“ I believe this calls for some champagne” My dad said proudly

“Its not everyday that my only child gets engaged” he turned and looked at us.

I was smiling so hard that my cheeks were beginning to hurt but I was so happy that I didn’t care

“Oh Sean” I said softly admiring my ring. It was absolutely flawless.

He grabbed my hand and kissed it.

“Congratulations sweetie” my mom said tenderly giving my a small hug. She looked me in the face and I saw something switch in her . Her eyes changed and it sent shivers down my spine.

“We still have to have your fitting, discuss your wedding location ,and select ..”

“Please Victoria “ my dad said interrupting her. He grabbed a flute of champagne from a passing waitress and said

“To Sean and Jasmine”

Everyone lifted their glasses in response .

“May love always be the center of your relationship, and success reflect that result .

“To Sean and Jasmine” Everyone said drinking their glasses.

I couldn’t believe that in a few short days I would be Mrs. Sean Carter.
