Shakedown

Bianca and K'lynn drive to school and go to class. Bianca is finishing homework that she forgot to do last night. While she's finishing her homework, Sophia comes in the classroom and sits with Bianca.

"Hey Sophia."

"You didn't do the homework?"

"No I forgot."

"You forgot or you were too busy watching mermaid Melissa?"

Bianca gives Sophia a confused look.

"K'lynn told me."

Candy and Roosevelt come up to their table.

"Hey Soph, Bianca" Candy said.

Sophia has a disturbed look on her face.

"I'm gonna go to the bathroom."

Sophia gets up and shoves Roosevelt as she goes to the bathroom.

"What was that about?" Bianca said.

"It's complicated."

K'lynn sees Candy and Roosevelt talking to Bianca.

"Hey leave her alone."

"We're just talking. We're not aloud to talk to people?" Candy said.

"Anyway, I'm throwing a beach party on Friday, you want to come?" Roosevelt said.

"Beach party, interesting."

"You can invite other people if you want "

K'lynn walks up to Candy and Roosevelt.

"Is there a problem?" Candy said.

"Whatever you can say to my sister you can say to me."

"Ok?" Candy said.

"So what are you guys talking about?"

"We were just talking about my beach party." Roosevelt said.

"We would love for you guys to come. Especially you Bianca since you basically live in water. You'll never know, maybe you'll see a mermaid." Candy said.

"OK you can leave her alone bye." K'lynn said.

Candy and Roosevelt go back to their seats.

"What was that for?" Bianca said.

"They know about you and Harper. They're probably gonna try to get you to talk to her."

"Well they can do whatever they want. Whatever Harper thinks we had is dead. I'm not taking responsibility for her broken heart."

Sophia comes back from the bathroom and takes her seat while K'lynn goes back to her seat.

"What did they want?"

"They invited me to a party."

The bell rings as Harper walks into the classroom. Bianca quickly looks at her then looks away as Mr. Steele walks in the classroom.

"OK class has begun everyone take your seats."

The rest of the day goes by and Harper is clearing her locker. When she closes her locker, she sees that K'lynn was behind it.

"Hey Harper."

Harper turns around and sees Sophia.

"What's the problem?"

"It was you wasn't it? You were behind Candy and Roosevelt talking to Bianca?" Sophia said.

"I don't know what you're talking about."

Harper tries to walk away, but Sophia stops her.

"You know whatever Bianca wants to say to me, she can say it to my face. She doesn't need to send big sister and berry picker."

"You wanna call me that one more time?" Sophia said.

"You're not fooling anyone Harper. You still have feelings for Bianca." K'lynn said.

"What if I did? I know me and her were friends with benefits or something but-"

Sophia cuts her off by grabbing her by the neck and pushing her against her locker.

"But nothing. Bianca doesn't feel that way about you anymore and you need to accept that."

K'lynn looks around.

"Candy and Roosevelt can't save you now can they?" K'lynn said.

Bianca comes inside the building.

"K'lynn?" Bianca said.

K'lynn, Sophia, and Harper turn and look at Bianca.

"What's going on?"

"Oh nothing, let's go." K'lynn said.

Sophia lets go of Harper and walks with K'lynn and they all leave. Harper picks up her bags and walks the other direction.
