Again sorry for the late update I was really busy this weekend and wasn't able update until now. Enjoy

Kara's POV

Alex(Cruz) and I have finally finished getting ready to go, not that there was much to do though. Alex is excited, nervous and confused about going back, but I can't say I don't feel the same way it's nerve wracking thinking about seeing people that saw you die and still think your dead.
At the moment we're on our way to the throne room to tell Rao that we're ready to go.

"I wonder how it would be when we get back, like if we're going back to the times that we died." Alex says as the guards open the door for us to pass through. I just smile at her not being able to speak from the nervousness.

We walk into the throne room seeing Rao on his throne like I expected.

" Hello dears. Are you ready for your adventure?" He says smiling at us trying to sound serious.

"A little scared but I think we're ready." I answer nervously.

"There are a few changes I have to inform you before you go." he says standing up.

"Like what?" Alex questions politely.

"You two will have new abilities and powers once you are back on earth." he walks up to us continuing speaking. "Your powers will be stronger than before because of the power you have absorbed here in my light, both of you will be psychics because that you, Alex will be similar to an angel and that Kara will still be a goddess when you return to earth, you will discover new abilities as your journey continues, when you have achieved your full potential you two will be the most powerful beings that will ever live on earth. But, you will not be invincible, there Will be other beings that will be against you that will be able to harm you."

I look up at Rao as he stands in front of us." How will we get back? "

" You will have to walk through the gate of the passing. " he answers walking to the door." Come we should go."

I glance at Alex as she follows him then follow her.

(At the Gate of the passing)

Kara's POV

I stare at the large golden gate it had ancient carvings of the great people that have passed through here encrested on the "bars".

Rao stops and looks at us.
"Once you return to my light you'll see your story written on this gate." He says gesturing to the gate.

I stare at the gate that I came through when I arrived here I then glance at Alex that was standing next to me and take her hand for encouragement as the gate started opening.

"Go your adventure is awaiting you." Rao says smiling at us.

I hug him as tears start flowing down my cheeks. I can't believe I will be able to hug my sister again that I will be able to tell her what it was like being in Rao's light.

"I was thinking is it possible that I would be able to get a new identity when I go back?." Alex asks as she walks to where Rao and I were standing, pulling apart from the hug.

"Yes it is possible. Just tell me what you want your name to be and it will be yours." Rao says placing his hand on her shoulder.

" I would like to be Gwen Camron please." Alex says glancing at me then looking back at Rao.

"The name is yours. Now go time is not going to wait." he says with a chuckle.

I look at Alex, oops, I mean Gwen, look at Gwen as she looks at me then I nod at her and we start walking through the gate.

"Just remember that you can always ask me for help!" Rao exclaims smiling at us.

"We will!" I answer raising my hand to wave as he waves at us.

(Present day 11:45 pm on earth in national city. )

Lena's POV

After Winn took me back home when I fell asleep at work, we just started hanging out, going to lunches together, planing and engineering after work hours we just hit it off pretty well.
I was busy in the lab wearing glasses working on a the new secret project Winn and I are working on. I jump with fright when all of sudden hands cover my eyes.

"Guess who." says a masculine but friendly voice.

"Umm... Is it superman?" I ask playfully knowing full well who it is.

"Ergh! Incorrect! " He exclaims removing his hands from my eyes, as I turn around to face Winn smiling playfully at me.

"Mr Schott what are you doing here so late at
Night?" I ask grinning widely.

"I was going to ask you the same thing Ms Luthor." he says playing along as he sits down in a chair next to me.

"I was busy with this project when I guess I lost track of time. You? I say pushing my glasses higher up the bridge of my nose.

" I couldn't sleep so I decided to come to the lab and see what can do, but seeing you beat me to it, I guess there's nothing left." I he says looking at the machine I was working on.

"Oh... Did you have another bad dream?" I ask hoping that was not it (again).

Winn had been having these nightmares of reliving Kara's death but in different scenarios ever since she died.

"No... I'm glad that's not it. I just wasn't able to fall asleep." he says picking up a screw and rolling it between his fingers.

"Good well you wanna help me with the project?" I ask gesturing to the machine next to me. He nods and starts helping me for the long night ahead.
