"YOU FORGOT THE MEDS," Grover yells.
"I'm sorry, I was to busy, I had to find my family," I explain defensive.
"MY SISTER IS DYING," Grover shouts.
"Ok stop yelling about it and let's put her somewhere safe for now," Natalie tells him.
"She's right, Krista has no chance unless we keep her safe till we get her meds," I agree. We help Krista into the anxiety room and give her water.
"Honestly I'm surprised I made it this long without my meds, I could stop breathing any moment," I exclaim.
"Yeah well, I hope you're happy, you got your sick brother back, meanwhile I'm losing the last of my family," Grover explains.
"First of all, I got my sister back to and Liv's, second of all, when everything first started I had nobody, and third of all, Krista is like my sister," I reply.
"I don't care, because of you, my sisters going to die, I hope it was worth it," Grover argues as he pushes past me leaving the room. I go out to find him but he's already gone so I decide to go down to the basement to see if Jc's still down there. I walk down the stairs to see Jc sitting on a wooden stool across from the fence door.
"I can't believe I let this happen," Jc mumbles.
"It's not your fault, we didn't know what was going to happen," I tell him.
"He's suffering, and there's nothing we can do to keep him alive," Jc adds.
"My brothers gone forever," he exclaims as a tear goes down his cheek. All the sudden, Liv bursts through the door.
"Guys we think there's another blue suit," she greets. I run half way up the stairs and stop to look at Jc.
"Hey you coming?" I ask.
"No I'll stay," he replies. I walk up the stairs and meet up with Liv and a couple others at the door. I look out the window and see a flashlight moving around.
"If it was a blue suit don't you think they'd come here instead of walking around outside?" I ask.
"I don't know," Diesel replies.
"I don't know guys that flashlight is at a low angle," I explain.
"It looks like Jackie or Arian height," I add.
"I'm not sure Brianna," Liv exclaims.
"Well I'm going to find out," diesel replies. I stop him before he goes out.
"Um, gas mask," I tell him.
"Um, I'll cover my mouth and just grab them," he mocks me.
"Ok but if it's not a kid and they knock the air out of you, what are you going to do?" I ask
"I don't know, die," he replies.
"Ugh here," I say as I hand him my emergency gun I keep in my backpack at all times.
"You've had this the whole time?" He asks
"I'm almost out of ammo and it already has a silencer on it, don't waste bullets," I demand. He puts it down and grabs his bat then walks out. He picks the person up and runs into the school. He puts them on the floor then we shut the door. I was right, its a kid.
"Jeez diesel, did you have to scare the shit out of him," I ask. The kid gets up and runs down the hall.
"HEY," I yell.
"KID," Diesel yells. He runs into the basement and Jc grabs him.
"Let go of me," the little boy wines. I'm pretty sure he's crying. He rips his mask off and runs to the fallout shelter door and sits in the corner. Liv slowly walks up to him.
"Hey," she greets as she sits on the back of her calves next to him.
"Please don't hurt me," he says as another tear goes down his face.
"I'm not going to hurt you, are you ok?" she asks.
"I think so....is there zombies here?" he asks.
"No we blocked them out," she says.
"Then why can I hear them?" he asks.
"It's the fallout shelter, we locked a bunch in there," she replies.
"Can I have some water please?" he asks.
"Sure," Liv says with a chuckle. They both stand up and we all walk upstairs to the anxiety room. I have him sit on one of beds so I can check for any bites or scratches while he has a couple drinks of water.
"Do you remember getting bit by any of the freaks or maybe even scratched?" I ask him.
"No, when I saw the smoke rise from the plant and the town alarm go off I ran into my basement where my mom and dad always told me to go," he explains.
"I miss my mom and dad," he adds hanging his head down.
"Did your parents work at the plant?" I ask.
"Yeah, they were there during the explosion," he replies.
"Ok, you don't have a scratch or a bite and I'm hoping you didn't breathe the smoke," I explain.
"I didn't, I swear," he claims.
"Ok, well you need to get some sleep, it might be hard to, but I promise everything's safe here," I explain putting a blanket over him. I leave the room and go to the cafeteria. After I sit down I cross my arms on the table and bury my face in them. I try not to cry but thinking about the thought of never being able to be with my brother without him killing me is sad, not being able to hear his voice again, not being able to hug him again, I always thought I could handle myself but really he was my protection most of the time. Jc walks into the cafeteria and sits by me. He hugs me and I cry into his shoulder. After a bit we decide to go into the student lounge and try to sleep.

Liv's POV
I get up to get a drink of water and see max walking around.
"Max what are you doing up?" I ask him.
"The guy on that room is moving and making a bunch of noises, I think he's gonna be a zombie," he says frightened.
"Shit," I say as I grab Max's hand and run back to the lounge.
"Brianna wake up," I whisper and shake her a little.
"Mmmm, what," she says barely opening her eyes.
"It's Lashawn," I say. She slowly sits up and gets off the couch.
"What's he doing?" she asks tiredly.
"I don't know, I ran into max in the hallway and he said that Lashawn is moving and making noises," I explain. We walk into the room to check to see what's going on, but he's not making noises or moving. Brianna checks his pulse.
"Liv, go get Zoe, NOW," she demands.
