Chapter 10: Rescue and Recovery part 2

"Grover what am I going to do?" I ask.
"I don't know but we need to tie him up or something before he wakes up," he replies. We all walk out to the hall where the stairs going to algebra are. They duck tape his hands behind the pillar and slap him to wake him up.
"Hey what is this for?" Collins asks. Grover walks up to him and squats down.
"What did you put in my sister?" Grover asks him.
"It's a vaccine, I promise," Collins answers.
"I put it in the guinea pig and it died," Barrett replies.
"So what guinea pigs die from a lot of things that humans live off of," Collins argues.
"I barely gave it half the dosage," Barrett adds.
"What kind of poison is it?" Brianna asks.
"It's not poison," Collins disagrees. Grover walks over to his bag and grabs one of the "vaccines".
"So you're saying this is a vaccine, than you wouldn't mind getting it either, would you," Grover says holding the shot up to Collins neck. Right before Grover injects him, he speaks up.
"Don't," he begs as he moves his head to the side.
"Oh my god, I'm going to die," I say upsettingly as I turn over to Brianna. She walks over to me and hugs me. Grover, out of anger, stabs it in Collins neck. He gets up and walks over to a locker and punches it.
"GOD DAMNIT...I'll kill you," Grover yells before walking back over to Collins.
"Grover stop," I shout almost crying. He calms down a bit and walks over to me and hugs me. I shed a tear but wipe it away before he sees.
"Diesel, while we try to figure something out please keep an eye on him for me?" Grover asks Diesel. He gives us a thumbs up and grabs Collins gun form his bag. As we're about to turn the hall corner Brianna turns around and walks over to Collins and squats down.
"What kind of poison is it?" she asks slowly. He looks at her and then looks away. She slaps him in the face before grabbing his face and turning it back towards her.
"I don't know," he replies with a straight face.
"You're a bitch," he states as she begins to walk away. Brianna turns around, about to kick him but I stop her. I walk over to him and smack the back of his head against the pillar. Brianna, Grover, and I walk back down the hall to the student lounge.
"Nice," Grover says.
"I guess a zombie apocalypse really changes a person," I reply upset.
"Ew, I hope I don't become a brainy nerd," Brianna exclaims.
"It's hard to change into something that you don't have, Brianna," Grover chuckles.
"I ship it," I giggle as I walk off.

Grover's POV
"Ignore her please," I tell Brianna.
"Ha, okay," she chuckles.
"Even though we just left you want to check on diesel and Collin's," I offer.
"Yeah, sure," she replies. We walk over to the stairs and there both gone. There's blood stains going down the hall and the duck tape that was holding Collins is on the floor.
"Shit," I groan. We follow the foot prints and see a blue suit. We turn the corner and it's Diesel against the door bleeding out of his side.
"Are you ok?" I ask him. I help him up and help him to the anxiety room. Violet starts cleaning his bullet wound while Brianna and I go look for Collins.
"Wait, I'm going," Krista insists.
"Um, no you're not," I argue.
"If I cared what you thought I would have been a worse person that I am today," she replies.
"Lets go," she demands. I just let it go. We followed him into wood shop. He try's to shoot Krista but she comes up and punches him in the face. She runs to the other side of the wood shop table. He grabs her hair and pulls it down making her slam her face into the table. He try's to leave but she comes up behind him and throws him to the floor and slams the door against his face before he shoots her foot. She falls to the floor and he grabs her telling us to stay back or he'll shoot her in the head.
"Bring me the blue suit in the next 3 minutes or she's dead," he pants holding the gun to her head. We walk out and run to the anxiety room.
"Guys we need the blue suit," I demnd out of Breathe.
"Why do you need it?" diesel asks.
"Because Collins is holding my sister hostage saying he's going to kill her if I don't return his suit in the next three minutes ," I reply still panting.
"We'll do it but we should get back at him, we can set a timer and when it goes off he'll be outside and all the freaks will come attack him," Barrett mentions.
"Yeah lets do that but quick," I agree. Barrett grabs duck tape and I use my phone and set a timer of 10 minutes. We walk into the wood shop and I slowly bring the suit to him.
"Ok you have your part of the deal give me her now," I demand.
"Get out of my sight," he whispers to her as he pushes her away. She runs up to me and hugs me.
"If I see any of you on my way out, I will shoot," he threatens us.
"Come on guys," I say. We all walk back to the student lounge and everybody sits down except for Diesel, Jc, and I. We're looking out the window and finally see Collins walking out.
"Yes, how much time do we have left?" I ask.
"9 seconds," diesel replies. Once the timer goes off, all the freaks around attack and kill him.

Violets POV
I walk back into the anxiety room with Krista and have her lay down on the bed.
"Ok lift your sleeve back up," I tell her. She lifts it up and it's turning a dark purple through her arm.
"Ok one sec," I reply. I hand her a pill, melatonin.
"I'm sorry but there's no anesthesia," I explain. Once she falls asleep, I cut her arm open and stick tweezers in it and pull out a nerve.

*gags*

I put it in her non infected blood and let it sit for a while. I take the nerve out after about 5 minutes and put it back in her arm moving where it needs to go with the tweezers. Her arm turns to a normal color.
"Thank god," I say with a sigh.
"GROVER COME IN HERE," I shout. He runs in and hugs me.
"Thank you, thank you, thank you, so much," he says.
"Yea no problem," I reply.

Zoe's POV
I'm going to sleep on the couch in the lobby. All the sudden, somebody knocks against the door. I move the plastic wrap out of my way and see Lashawn smacking against the door.
