I was in the bed of the room that my mother had rented. Laying on my side on the bed looking at the wall. The room was lit up by the light attached to the ceiling fan. The room was a nice cool temperature not warm, but not freezing cold.
It was what Isabella wanted. Not cold enough to be shivering, but not warm enough to not sleep without a blanket at night. The comforters of the bed were draped at my waist leaving my chest bare to the air as I just rested against the pillow.
'We should just get onto making breakfast Isabella instead of waiting for Isabella to wake up and tell you to get on with breakfast.' 'A few more minutes and I'll go and get breakfast.' 'No get your lazy ass out of bed and make breakfast or I'll do it myself.'
I rolled my eyes getting out of bed. I wore a pair of sweatpants as pajama pants. With that I went over to the dresser running a hand through my long black locks. I honestly need to have my hair trimmed. Last time it was trimmed was six months ago in September when fall semester started.
I opened the drawer and pulled out a Tie-Dye blue Panic at the Disco shirt and then some black cotton pants and then putting on checkered Vans before lacing them up and then putting a comb through my hair and then walking out.
'What do you have in mind for breakfast.' 'Something simple like pancakes of French toast.' Flimur taught me how to make that. I could make chicken wraps, but I had to warm up chicken patties and bacon then pop it in the toaster oven, but I wasn't going to do that and I wasn't in the mood for that.
French toast or pancakes sounded nice with some sausages and I couldn't wait for it. We had some nice syrup as well. A local resident made homemade syrup and we had taken it after Maryse made sure that it was safe. The syrup was delicious.
Isabella loved it as well and decided she was going to ask Orchid for some syrup. 'Now off to make some breakfast for us and Isabella.' I went over to the cabinet. I pulled out the pancake mix and some chocolate chips before going to get a bowl to make the batter in.
Maryse had come out so I got her the piece of raw meat waiting for her that Isabella had taken out. "Isabella awake?" I asked. Maryse didn't respond back, but Isabella didn't come out so I assumed that she was still asleep. It had just turned nine.
Isabella would be up soon. She woke up from nine to nine fifty. If she wasn't up when breakfast was done I'd enter the room and surprise her with breakfast in bed. I'm sure Isabella would enjoy that no doubt about it. That was of course if she didn't wake up before breakfast is done.
'Her heartbeat is the one of someone sleeping and she has so sign of waking up.' That was good. I did want to surprise her. 'With sausages and chocolate chip pancakes.' I nodded in agreement with that. That breakfast sounded quite good in my opinion. I can't wait to eat that.
I collected all the things to make the batter before dumping it all in with the chocolate chips then whisking it until it was nice and beat. After that I got out a frying pan and sprayed down the pan and then turned it on and waited for it to heat up.
After it was heated up I began putting the batter on the frying pan which began to sizzle as I got a spatula. I got another frying pan and got it prepared for the sausages and once they were in I put syrup in to cook with it.
'Because Isabella suggested it one day and has liked it ever since.' 'Also with putting the syrup in the batter and spreading it on the pancake.' With that thought I did that before flipping over the pancakes and doing it to the other side as well.
