Eddie POV
After school
After class, I go to my locker and successfully open it using the combination. I put my binders I don't need away then shut the door.
I saw Richie by his locker and ran as fast as I could to get to him before he disappears without a trace.
"RICHIE!" I yell as I run up to him. He flinched and turned to me hesitantly.
"What the hell, Richie? You're just going to ditch me like that? What's wrong with you? I thought we were friends?" I said angrily.
"I thought you would rather be with them than me so I decided to get out of your way. That's all. Now move, I need to go home." He says.
"Need to go home my ass. I know your mom is abusive, Rich. So there is no reason you would actually want to. And what makes you think I wouldn't want to be your friend anymore?"
"I don't know, you seemed to be enjoying yourself more with them. I'm sorry, this was a fucking mistake. For fucking helping you. For fucking kissing you. For fucking falling in love god dammit!" He yelled but then had realized what he said. No words could escape my agape mouth as I stood there in complete shock.
I found myself standing alone as I watched Richie run away in tears. All I could do was stay still, I had to process what had just happened. He.. is in love with me? Me of all people. Why?
I was torn from my string of thoughts as Will and Mike came jogging towards me.
"What just happened? Are you okay? I heard yelling from here so I wanted to make sure everything was alright." Will explained, Mike in worry too.
"Y-yeah.." I say still not looking at them and still keeping my position I was left at. Mike put a hand on my shoulder which caused me to look up towards him.
I didn't realize tears were spilling from my eyes until Mike hugged me, Will soon joining the hug.
I stood there. I couldn't move. Not even if I wanted to. Couldn't speak, couldn't breathe.. inhaler.
I need my inhaler.
Can't move.
Inhaler.
Can't feel.
Inhaler.
Can't hear.
Inhaler.
Can't see.
Richie.
OKAY I know that this is really short but still. Poor Eddie omg what do u guys think will happen to him? :(( also the gif up top his how Richie turns around to Eddie (pretend that Bill in the gif is Eddie whoops) also two updates in a day wowie that's all I really have to say at the moment soo
