Like father, like son

Alexander gulped as his sister in-law walked over to him, a shocked look on her face. Angelica took a long look a Hamilton's cheek. You could still see the imprint of Phillip's hand.

She turned around and walked out, leaving the man alone.

July 13th
Burr household

      My dearst, Philip,
I was hoping I could see you today. We need to talk, given I have not seen you since the ball.

I shall be in the park, noon, I hope to see you there. Please. I miss you.

                        -Theo

Theo read over the letter in her head. Yes, she sounded desperate, but she really needed to see him, and hopefully before he saw The Reynolds Pamphlet. Theo rushed downstairs hoping to get to (mail person?).
She was so close to the door unti she felt a hand in her shoulder.

Theo turned around only to see her father, Aaron. "Could we talk?" Burr asked his one and only daughter.

"Um, okay. Could I bring this to (mail person)?" Theo asked.

Aaron nodded, silently hoping the letter wasn't for Phillip. Theo brought the letter to (mother fucking mail person) then went to talk to her father.

"Yes, father? You wanted to talk to me?" Theo asked. "Come sit." Aaron told his daughter, motioning for her to sit down with him on the sofa.

"I don't want you getting close to that Hamilton boy..." Aaron said, worry dripping from his words. As Burr spoke, Theodosia became furious.

"This is about The Reynolds Pamphlet, isn't it?!" an angry Theo asked, standing up. "I don't want you getting hurt. I don't want him to hurt you." Burr explained. "He won't hurt me!" Theodosia exclaimed.

"He's his fathers son." Aaron said, becoming impatient. "He's just as much his mother's son as his father's!" Theo told her father.

Aaron huffed and stood up, looking Theodosia in the eyes. "I saw what happened the night of the ball..." All the color drained from the teen girl's face. "I don't want you near him." Burr said finally, walking away.

Theodosia, slumped back on the couch, tears building up in her eyes. I'm going to loose another person I love...wait. No, not love. I do not love him... Theo thought, hot liquid streaming down her face.

A/N: (1) I don't know how ling this story will be. No idea, actually. I don't want is to be really really long, but at the rate I'm going, it's gonna be pretty long.
(2). I posted this on my profile, but I don't think anyone reads that. In my last chapter [Chapter 13] someone else and I were having a conversation. Our messaging wasn't working. You can ignore it, it's not really important to anyone else.
(3). Thank you guys SO much for 200+ reads on this story!♡
