The Title Doesn't Mean Anything (Puzzleshipping)

Chapter 66, Out of the hiding hole...

*Yami's POV*
"Alright I'm saying this now. If any of you get into trouble, stay together as a team. Break formation and someone will die," I said and kept myself low. We were at the edge of the forest staring at Pegasus's palace.

"Also remember the meet up point if something really does go wrong," Seto said and everyone silently cheered. This is it... with my final word the whole army started to move and followed the plan. Team B left for the side of the palace while team C headed for the front. I had to pick the most agile men because they needed to run as soon as the fire was started.

I had a really hard time trying to convince Yugi to go with them but he was having none of it so he stayed with me and team A.

The time was for to wait 15 minutes to see the smoke before team B attacked the walls. Team A's job was to wait for Pegasus to come out, when he does he'll have some men with him so we had to kill them. My stomach.... It's starting to turn. I can't feel this, not at this time. We're so close to ending this, so close to returning home and back to Heba and everyone else.

"Yami? Are you alright, your looking pale," Yugi said and snapped me out of what ever I was in. I can't be spacing out. Joey and team C should almost be done and we need to be ready.

"Y-Yeah sorry. I was just thinking about Heba and how we're gonna raise him. I just realised something as well," I said and turned my attention to him. "Your marrying a Prince. Know what that makes you?"

His entire face went beetroot red because he understood what it meant. "We will make you officially King when we get back Prince Yami. So that's mean for you Yugi until you marry you'll be Prince," a guard laughed and I recognised him from whem I first arrived at the camp.

Yugi just stayed silent, but I could tell he was slightly happy. He came closer to me so nobody could hear him whisper. "Is that really ok? I mean for me to become that with no background to myself other then I'm good at Duel Monsters?"

"Well you saved me from a sad life. When my mother died you were there for me when I was at my most saddest. That, for me is enough," I said and patted his shoulder. "Hey, I never got your name did I?" I was talking directly to the guard that I met when I came here, I don't know why I didn't know his name I know everyone in the palace.

"It's Zero. I'm honnered that you wish to know my name," he said and showed me a bright smile. He is a bright young man, how on earth did he end up here? "Hey Prince Yami, may I ask of you a favour?"

"Yeah anything what's up?" I asked and he gave me a piece of paper. He nudged at it to let me know I could read it which I did. Well I read only the first line which was "I'm sorry if you are reading this. It's means I didn't return."

"No. This is the one thing I refuse to do because you will make it back." I said and his smile disappeared slightly. Does he have little faith that he will return... A guard pointed out that they could see the smoke so now we had to focus. Our gaze turned to the gates which seemed to be the most quiet place. 

Until static was coming from Seto's radio and someone came through the other side. "He has left his room, I repeat he has left." someone said and the sickness in my stomach started to come back. I had one hand on the gun in my pocket but I'd rather use a knife, I'm more skilled with it then guns. 

The gates burst open and only a handful of men came out with the target himself, Pegasus. I expected if he came out this side then he would of brought more people out. Something doesn't feel right though....why would he run out straight away? I'd figure that he would of stayed in until the final moment. "We have eyes on him. Fall back and meet us in the forest, we'll take the army done," Seto said and put the radio down. "Yami I know what you want to do but for now let's focus on getting him alone."

"Yeah...I guess your right," I said and he gave me the face of 'aren't I always?' We moved along watching their movements and soon enough they went straight into our trap, the open field we planned to take them down. Even though we wanted to keep our position hidden the archers started to fire taking down some of the stragglers. They were at the opposite side of us so that if they started to run they maybe would of headed in our direction. 

The rest of the men started to run back to the forest but it was as we predicted, they chose our way to run. "Alright everyone. Game time. Please be careful and take care of each other." Seto said and everyone nodded. With one flick of my hand, everyone raced out of the bushes when his men were too close to know what was happening. I had to hold back, because if anything happened to me it would be game over. 

I kept a close eye on Pegasus and he tried to fight back but it seemed like he had no experience fighting. So he had only one choice which he had which he took...was to run away. How on earth has he survived being the Prince with no combat training? No one has eyes on me, I can do this.

So I made my own choice...I took after him.

*Atem's POV*

I was making my way round back to Yami and Seto but someone was making their way near me. I had to crouch down and kept myself hidden. I saw it was Pegasus and had the right mind to chase after him. But someone else passed me. Yami? I waited for a minute and no one else passed by, he is going after him by himself. As...much as I hate him he can't be on his own because he is going to do something stupid.

So I did the stupid thing to follow him.

*Someone's POV???????*

I saw Yami chasing Pegasus off into the forest and turned to his best friend. "Hey! Yami jut ran off!! I'm going after him!!" I yelled and knocked a guy out with my sword.

"Don't you dare let anything happen to either of you!!! You hear me!!!" he yelled and took another guy down. I nodded my head and left the open field making sure no one was behind me. After that I took off after Yami and the only thing I could think of was...

Don't do something that will wreck you forever....

Yeyyy! Another chapter is up!! This one had me thinking a little bit on what to do. Also I'm loving hearing about everyone's thoughts or ideas on the story. Of course I won't say if they're right because that would take the fun out of it!!!☺☺☺☺

Anyway, so Yami has chased after him with Atem close behind him. What's going to happen? Also who was that that joined the chase?
