Chapter 61, Problems at base camp...

*Pegasus's POV*

"Sire! Sire there's a fire at the back entrance!!" A guard yelled.

"Send group A out now! Put out the fire idmediantly and search the area!" I yelled and the guard ran off. I put the camera on that was outside and saw that it was growing in size. A message was right next to it and I could barley make out what it said.

Moving the camera closer to the sight, I saw that it said 'Stand down or prepare to fight and lose.' So...the brat actually has a pair huh? Wonder how far he will go with this little game. "Master Pegasus what should we do?" My right hand man asked and I stood up from my throne.

"We're going out for a little walk. Gather the men," I said and he ran out. The game...is on little Yami

*Yami's POV*

There's one problem with my messed up sleeping habits...I always wake up in the middle of the night. I noticed Seto wasn't in the tent so I shoved on some shoes and went outside to see him smoking. "I thought you stopped that years ago," I said and got his attention.

"Heh, if you smoked you would know how hard it is to give it up," he said and took another puff of it. I stood beside him and just watched as he breathed the smoke out. "So why are you up this late? Something bothering  you?"

"Just woke up. You should know my random sleeping habits by now," I said and he laughed at me.  "I'm thinking in the morning we could go into the forest and set traps in case we get sneaked up on. Might be wiser don't you think?"

"What I think is that you have been doing a great job handling all this so far," he said and put his cigarette out. "I thought by now you would of ran off crying."

"You think your funny don't ya?" I asked and he shrugged at me. The breeze finally picked up and I closed my eyes for how refreshing the cold air was. "Seto. Do you think that this might last long?"

Nothing but the whispers of the wind could be heard so I just scoffed. "Alright I'll just talk to myself apparently because BIG Seto Kaiba is too good for me!"

"Oh quit your complaining. It was peaceful until you blabbed on," he said and started to walk away. "But if you really want an answer. Judging by the way Pegasus is that I have heard of by many different people then yes. Try not to worry your little mind too much. Go back to sleep if you can."

"Yes mommy," I joked and he turned to me in disgust. "Aw come on you srouge. Ya know you love me really!" He couldn't stop himself from smiling at me before he walked away and I just looked up. It was a full moon out with an amazing clear sky. It looks like the stars are on a black convase, always beautiful to look at.

I was about to go back in my tent but saw the bushes move near the opening of the tent. "Yugi? That you?" I asked and moved slightly closer to the bush but my  hand on the knife I brought  out just for safety. Then in a instant a person jumped out for the bush and swung a blade at me.

Luckily I was already on edge so I jumped back but tripped on my own feet and fell, giving the person time to come to me and wrap their hands  around my throat. "I know he wants  you alive....but it would be easier if you died right here," he said and removed one hand from my throat  and on to my mouth refusing me breath.

I tried fighting back but he was too strong on me and had a tight grip  on me. Am I gonna die here? I don't wanna die, not yet I have too much planned!! Blackness was starting to fill my eyes and I knew what was coming...I can't stop it.

All I can say.... I'd rather it me instead of Yugi..... "Oh my....YAMI!!" Is all I heard before the darkness in my eyes  fully took over.

Sorry I have been gone for so long. My laptop if broken and I was only able to get a new phone yesterday!! It's been killing me not writing because this story is like my child!! Also sorry this a little short to what I normally  do, I just wanted to get a chapter out!!
