"YEAHHHH! LIAM! LIAM! LIAM!" I stand up and scream as loud as I can to encourage my little brother who's playing his soccer game. Josh is standing right next to me laughing at me as if I was coming from another planet but he does the exact same.
My little brother waited for this game for about a month. He was talking about it every day and was overexcited. He's really happy doing this and he uses all his energy on the play. I see him running and searching the ball after which he runs.
We stay focused during all the game and then it ends which makes all the families who came to support their children getting up and scream out their joy. My eyes travel around and I look at each person who's standing in the bleachers, waiting excitedly for their kids to come to them.
I was in my deep thoughts when I feel Liam who wallows on me almost making me fall. I reply to his embrace and hug him tightly.
"You played so well hun, you rocked it. I'm proud of my little superman." I say and he pulls me back to look at me. His hands still around my shoulders, he starts laughing which shows his two front teeth that are missing. This is the cutest thing. I love him.
"Hey, dude! You were the best." Josh congratulates him and hits his shoulder playfully.
Liam thanks us both and we all walk to the car.
"Are you hungry?" Josh asks Liam and he says yes with a huge smile.
"Can we go to McDonald's?" He asks.
"We can go anywhere Superman wants to go" I laugh, looking back to the backseat to look at him and his eyes sparkle.
After a few hours, we're finally back at home and definitely exhausted. Liam runs up to his room and sleeps right after he showered. I try to talk a little with my mom but she's as tired as I am so she goes to sleep. Everyone is now sleeping, except me. All the tiredness that overwhelmed me this week go down again as soon as I wallow in my bed.
Mom. Liam. College. Job. Liam. Mom. Liam. College. Job. I'm going to lose my head, this is too much. I didn't think that it would be that hard. I have so much pressure on my shoulders but it's okay, I'm going to work it out. I can do it.
I don't have the time to think about something else that the night's angels bring me to sleep.

We're Friday and I searched and waited for an internship response this whole week. I applied to a new agency every day but still nothing. However, I keep on applying even though I did all the agencies of Toronto.
When I finished applying, I get in my car and drive to the Starbucks to work, as every single day.
"Hi princess! Did you lose your crown?" Josh asks when I get next to him to serve the customers, which makes me laugh.
"No, Josh I don't have any crown. How are you?" I reply, smiling at him.
"Well, you should have one! And I'm happier since you arrived." He says and the mom who's paying in front of him stares at us kindly and sweetly.
I laugh and give him a punch on his shoulder in a playful way and we get back to our job.
After about an hour, taking the orders, preparing the drinks and serving people, I feel my phone ringing in my pocket.
"Hey! No phone here!" My supervisor shouts but I don't listen to her. I just take my phone out of my pocket.
"Can you replace me, please? I don't know who is it and it could be Liam or mom..." I ask Josh and get out of the Starbucks.
The screen shows me an unknown number. Who could it be? I just slide to pick up the phone, wondering who's on the line.
"Hello?" I ask.
"Is it Alyssa?...Alyssa Steal on the line?" The man says.
