"Urgh. Where am I?" Corine asked when she finally woke up. But with how dark it was, she might as well still be unconscious.
"What the hell is happening?!" Corine screamed. Then she remembered everything.
OK, that happened. Then where is she?
"So you are awake." a dark metallic voice deep as the grave spoke.
"Who's there?!" Corine screamed. No avail. She screamed it again.
"Scared?" Then she saw it came from a little screen and figured out the rest.
"Heck no! What the hell am I doing here?" Corine shouted.
"Oh, why not? You are wanted for a reason, you know?"
"So what? This is for money?" Corine asked, aghast.
"No, no, no. Why would I need the money? I was the one whose giving the reward. Now I don't have to. I initially wanted to kill you but first I need to pay a debt to a friend and need your assistance."
"I'm not helping you!" Corine shouted.
"Who said you had a choice?"
Then, Corine heard a beep sound. What the hell?
Now Corine was all alone in the dark room.
She was not scared, maybe a little nervous but not scared. She refused to be.
'Wonder what's happening to the others?' Corine thought as she tried to find any escape routes from this miserable place.
"Ugh, where the heck am I?" Dean said. Unlike Corine, he was confined in a cell with the rest of the gang.
"Well, one big mess, of course," Riddle said.
"No one asked you!" Dean snapped. Still a bit pushy with Riddle.
"Well, what do we do now?" It was Hip who spoke.
"Find something to break out. What else?" Ape said and started searching immediately as the words were let out.
"How about Corine?" Dean piped.
"What d'ya mean?" Ape asked, still searching.
"Well, aren't you going to rescue her? She's not here with us," Dean said.
Ape laughed humourlessly. "That girl got us into a mess... again. That's the last time we helped that wench."
"What?!" Dean and Riddle shout in unity.
"You heard what I said," Ape said grimly, "That girl is nothing but trouble. And trouble has to go. Even if it is your girlfriend."
"She's not my girlfriend!" Both Dean and Riddle shouted in unison and blushed.
"It's a hell lot obvious. No use denying. Right?" Ape turned back to the others.
One by one everyone nodded in unison. Dean and Riddle blushed even harder.
"Yeah, enough sappy stuff. Help me find a damn exit!" Ape said, growing frustrated.
Dean just leaned back on the wall utterly chillax. Later, Riddle followed Dean and did the exact thing.
Ape saw that and said, "What?! Spit it out!"
Dean, in his relaxed position, said, "You don't want to save Corine, I ain't helping."
"Me too," Riddle said.
"You idiots!" Ape shouted, "Is one girl destined to death really worth our lives?"
