Chapter Four

Shailene POV:

Theo and I drive into the driveway of our new house.
I squeal happily and Theo smiles.
"This is the biggest house I have ever seen!" I exclaim.
"Wait until you see the inside." Theo says opening the door.
I walk inside.
"Oh. My. Gosh! This is the inside of our house?!" I shout.
Theo kisses my cheek.
"Yes. Yes, it is." He says.
I walk to the patio.
There is a trail to a beach.
"Is that there for everyone?" I ask.
"Nope. Private." Theo says smiling.
"Really?!" I squeal.
He nods smiling.
We walk upstairs to the master bedroom.
"Whoa! Huge bed!" I exclaim.
I walk out into the balcony and there's a beautiful view of the ocean and the beach.
I close my eyes and let the wind blow through my hair.
"You haven't seen everything yet." Theo whispers in my ear.
He takes my hand leads me up another flight of stairs.
He opens a door and I see a pool and kiddie one beside it. Then there's a hot tub.
"Theo. This. Is. Amazing." I say.
Then he leads me down the steps through a door in the side of the house.
Then down a trail and there is a hidden garden with a little pond.
"I had this part added just for you. I know how much you like flowers and you like planting." Theo says.
Tears sting in my eyes and I hug Theo.
"I love you even more." I say.
I look at him and he smiles.
He pecks my lips gently and I giggle.
"Let's go look at the other room." He says.

"Jeez Shai. Did we have to baby proof everything today?" Theo says.
"Sorry. I was just in the mood." I say.
We walk out the house and see someone I haven't seen in the longest.
Ruth.
"Theo, I haven't seen you in forever!" She exclaims walking over to us.
"How in the hell did you find our house?" I ask.
"Internet, sweetheart."
"We haven't even changed our address yet."
"So?"
"Psycho Stalker Bitch." I mutter.
"What did you call me?" She asks angrily.
"Psycho. Stalker. Bitch." I say slowly in her face.
She growls.
"Okay ladies. What do you want Ruth?" Theo asks.
"Oh yeah." She says putting on her sweet smile. "I wanted to invite you to dinner with everyone. Like Zoë, Ben, Megan, etc."
"Sure." Theo says.
"You guys should get fit. I know you won't have a problem. But I'm extremely worried about Shailene." Rith says and walks away.
I lunge at her but Theo stops me. I pull out of his grasp, walk to our room, slam the door, and lock it.
I try on my clothes and I can't fit into anything.
"Shailene. Please open up the door." Theo begs.
"Why would you want to be with a fat beast like me?" I say with tears running down my face.
"Shailene, open up. I want to tell you something."
I walk to the door and open it.
He sits on the bed and pulls me into his lap.
"Shailene, is this because of what Ruth said? Because if it is, let me just tell you, you are beautiful just the way you are. You are not a fat beast, you are my beautiful queen. I love you." Theo says.
He kisses me. I pull back.
"I love you too, Theo."
"C'mon. We have a doctor to see."

"Would you like to know the genders of the babies?" Dr. Violette asks us.
"Uh...Shailene. If you don't want to know then it's fine." Theo says.
"No let's find out." I say smiling.
He returns the favor.
"Alright, they are..."

I am deciding on whether to use the gender which is of a lesser use in most stories (Boys) or whether to use the stories which is of a greater use in most stories (Girls)
I might use boys because I think my story would be different from most.
Or maybe girls.
