28. Your place

When i saw jay like this i swear i was about to faint. But his grip on my hand was too tight to let me fall. My plan of escape just got ruined. I should have ran from this house the moment he believed my truth and not waited for him to find out. I kept thinking and thinking.

Over tinking was always my weakness and now its gonna be the doom of me

" Wake him up " Rehaan pushed me down and in a moment i was at his side calling his name. " Jay wake up " He half conscious opened his eyes and seeing me hugged me tight like his life depended on it.

I sensed rehaan irritation and didn't hugged him back. " Tell me it's not a dream " He roamed his hands all over my face can't believing himself " You are actually here Sam "  he cupped my cheek and i now saw his blood filled face. His lips were swollen and bleeding. His whole left eye was bruised. Someone has punched him badly.

" you are looking pathetic J " I said to him and he laughed as if relieved to hear my voice. I didn't mean to say it that way but it just came out

" What did I do? "

" Got kidnapped and didn't even  inform me "

' I didn't had time this is not some games we played or feelings we shared. Telepathy doesn't work here. He can kill you. How the hell do you even get kidnapped again and again " He giggled and I chuckled too. I slapped his shoulder and told him to get serious.

" but i care about you. And I won't let anything happen to you " I hugged Jay and waited till rehaan tear me apart and he did. He was sitting just right behind me in a chair. Like a king.

I turned and jerked my hand from his which made him grit his teeth and glare hard at me " Cant you threaten me with anything except killing the people i love. Can't you be a real man and have a one on one with me " That angered him more. Shit idiot be careful with your words.

He leaned forward and pulled me from my elbow towards him. Looking right in my eye he waited to intimidate me.
