Hold Her Tight (Sequel To 'Let Her Go') [ON HOLD]

Chapter 10

I take a few deep breaths and rinse my mouth with cold water before walking back to my seat. "What's wrong?" Mark asks as soon as he sees me, I take a seat beside him and sip on my juice before answering "nothing, just a little motion sickness" he nods.

I suddenly don't feel like eating anymore, so I cover the food and ask the passing by flight attendant to get me another bottle of orange juice.

"Are you sure you're okay? You haven't eaten.." I nod "I'm fine, don't worry about it" I send him a reassuring smile.

I sit back and turn on a movie, some sappy love story that's kind of entertaining.

Two hours into our seven hour journey I hear my stomach growl softly. I glance at mark who thankfully doesn't hear it because he's too busy watching friends.

I grab my now cold food from an hour and a half ago and start eating. Damn.. Airplane food is really really good..

After I'm done eating, I ask for dessert and hand the kind lady my tray back. She gives me a huge genuine smile and says She'll be back in a few minutes.

Dessert was so good I asked for more lord I'm so greedy..

After stuffing my face I switch on some music and drift asleep.

I stir awake to the sound of my name being called out softly "babe, we're here.." Mark smiles once he sees my eyes open "really?" I stretch and let out a soft groan "let's go then" I stand up and grab my little carry bag. We make our way off the plane and onto a shuttle bus that takes us to the entrance of the airport. We walk to check out and do everything needed which takes us a good 40 minutes before we walk out with 2 bags on a trolly.

"Is that Jae?" I point out to a tall dark haired guy and mark nods "is that.. Jessica?!" I squeal when I see the little girl with a huge grin on her face in Jae's arms facing us. I leave marks arm and run towards Anna "Anna!!" I give her a tight hug and she laughs "Soohyun.. Its been so long.." I smile "I know right?"

"Auntie!" Jessica says cutely "jess!" I give her a little kiss on the cheek before greeting Jae "she looks just like her mother" Jae puts a hand over his heart "ouch.. I helped" I rolled my eyes "whatever you say~" I tease. Mark greets Jae in one of those casual bro hugs and Anna takes Jessica out of jae's hands and proceeds to pull me along with her, mumbling something about the husbands and their 'quality' man time.

I laugh and follow along, LA's Cool spring breeze hitting me in the face with the smallest amount of humidity. "How's LA?" I ask, Anna turns to look at me "as it always has been?" She raises a brow with a confused face. "Of course.." I chuckle to myself, realizing we spent half our lives here not too long ago.

"Oh did I tell you? I met Amanda on my way to work this Wednesday" Anna says with a smile, I on the other hand frown "and?" I raise a brow. "Hyunie.. I know she was a huge bitch  to you but she's really nice now.. She recently got engaged and she's getting married somewhere early next year" I sigh "I couldn't care less..".

We put our stuff in Jae's 4×4 8 seater rover; which by the way is beautiful, then proceed to get into it. The drive to LA beach isn't very far according to Jae, yet it still takes us about 30 minutes to get there. We decided we'd spend the rest of our morning and afternoon at the beach and have some fun before heading out to a fancy-ish dinner by the peer after our flight delayed and had to stop halfway to LA apprently. And I slept through all that.. Wow..

"We're here folks!" Jae announces, pulling up at a parking spot right opposite the beach. We all get off, walking to the back of the car so that mark and I could get our swimming gear out.

We found a changing room shack looking thing 2 minutes away from the parking lot so we grabbed our swim suits and walked there.

When we got there all the rooms were occupied.. Except one.. "What? Let's go" mark pulls me in and shuts the door. I chuckle and start to take my loose tee off.

"Babe.." Mark says quietly, I hum in response as I slip my leggings off "I.. I have a really bad scar.." He says our of nowhere. I turn to look at him "what?" I rise a brow "the scar from the surgery.." I laugh a little "hey.." I walk up to him and put my hand up to his cheek, his head falls into it and I smile "its just a scar, scars are cool.. Besides, are you forgetting you aren't the only one?" He frowns confused, I step back and make him get a good look of me. "I'm covered in them from all the stupid shit I've gotten myself into, it doesn't bother me.. Because every scar has a story behind it.. A cool one, we'd have something to tell our kids in a few years and they would think 'wow.. Our parents are so brave', wouldn't that be awesome?" He nods with a smile "I love you, and I'm sorry" he says as he moves closer to me.

I wrap my arms around his neck and look at him up close "sorry for what?" I frown, he wraps his arms around my waist and kisses my collarbone "for all the crap and pain you've gone through.." I smile.. He's so pure..

"I love you too, and you don't have to be..like I said, its cool. I have a story to tell" he kisses me again, more passionately this time. "What did I do to deserve you?" I smile "everything right, clearly.." He doesn't respond, instead I feel his hands snake up my back and unhook my bra, it slips off and I stare at his chest. "If you're planning anything it can be when we get home, not in this changing room" I say, warningly with a smile on my face.

"Aw come on babe.. Just a quicky?" I shake my head and smack his chest lightly "you nasty.." He pulls me closer and pushes us up against the wall "says the person who screams for me to go faster in bed.." He whispers in my ear, his tone silky and smooth. I hold back a moan "mark.." I warn.

He kisses up my neck "Hm?" He hums right on under my ear, I grab onto his arm "fuck.." He kisses my jaw and then my lips, staying like that as I feel his hand trail down to the line of my panty. "I'll finish with you later" and with that he steps back and puts his swim shorts on and steps out "i'll be waiting right here" he closed the door.

I let out a breath of air and put my bikini on before slipping on a camisole and getting out.

Mark slips his hand into mine and intervenes our fingers then pulls me towards Jae and Anna who are playing with Jessica in the sand. We get into the water leaving Anna and jess by the sand not too far away since Anna says she'll come in later.

This is going to be one eventful vacation..

.. Just not the till the 15th because I have tests that are really freaking important to me. So this might be the last update till the 15th.. unless I plan on dropping one somewhere during the following weekend. Just.. Be patient!
