Steve's POV
I walked into the training room, but overheard someone training in there. I walked into the room and noticed Natalie bench pressing weights. "Mind if I join Alley Cat?" I asked. She looked at me for a second and rested the barbell on the rest and sat up to look at me. "Oh look who it is the man with the giant metal Frisbee." She mocked. I raised an eyebrow at her and she glared at me. "Don't act like I don't know what you said about me." She snapped. She laid back down and started to bench press again. "I heard what you said to Tony. You told him that I was just a weak girl with cat claws, and gymnastic skills. You told him that I would never last a minute in battle." She said angrily. "I never said that, who told you?" I asked getting ready to walk out and find the liar. "I overheard you talking to Tony about it." I thought back and ran a hand through my hair. "Natalie I was repeating what Fury had wrote in your file." I explained. She stopped bench pressing and looked at me. "Show me the file then." She said thinking I was bluffing. I ran out of the training room and into Tony's office where the file was sitting on his desk. I picked it up and ran back into the training room where Natalie had switched from the bench press to fighting with Natasha. "Natalie." I said holding the file. She looked at me then back flipped kicking Natasha backwards in the process and walking over to me. I watched as her piercing blue eyes scan over the documents and her eyes softened. "Fury is so fucking dead." She muttered. She looked up at me guiltily and I smiled down at her. "It's fine, I would've reacted the same way, but am I really just the guy with the giant metal Frisbee?" I asked leaning over her slightly and smirking. She let out a laugh and looked up at me. "No just had to think of something rude to say. I never thought that about you, but I did think you were kinda cute." She said. My eyes widened and I could feel my cheeks heat up. I felt a pair of lips on my cheek and Natalie smirked before walking away. "Bye bye Frisbee man." She joked stalking out of the room. I watched her walk out with my mouth slightly open. "What are you waiting for go get her tiger." Natasha said nudging me. I nodded and ran after her.
